Large home on golf course, close to Seven Oaks, Ledges Park & ISU. Sleeps 12+

The house was very spacious and perfect for the 8 of us. The host was very responsive to messages. It was a great stay and perfect distance from the concert venue.

We had seven adults all over age sixty that found the residence to be a wonderful place. It was a nice layout that made it easy to have large group conversations, the bedrooms were comfortable, and everybody said they slept well, and in the bathrooms good water pressure when showering. The place was very clean and the host was responsive and helpful when we did have a question.Being in Boone we were concerned about getting Uber's into Ames and on Friday night that was no problem; however, on Saturday (game day) it was difficult to get an Uber, so we used a Boone taxi service and they came right out very quickly. Also, the taxi service was about the same price as using an Uber XL.We would definitely VRBO at this property again.

Plenty of space for the eight of us to spread out.

Perfect house, tons of room and stuff to do. Hist went out of his way to help when one idiot locked herself out Highly recommend this place. We had a great time

We found the property very easily and entered the property with ease. Communication with property owner,manager was very good. We rented property for a family wedding so a majority of family could be housed together.
