Many of the buildings at NS don't have a close view of the ocean but this does. Unfortunately, this unit is right next to the access to the beach and shower. It's noisy, smelly at times outdoors and private. There's shuffleboard right out the front door, so there's the sound of breaking plates starting when it starts to get light. No noise rules in a.m. or p.m. We'd stay in a different part of the development next time.

The location is right on the oceanfront. We snorkled with turtles right ouside our door. The unit is a little run down and the kitchen is not well equipped. The a/c was broken and there is no cross ventilation. The manager did compensate us for the inconvenience. We could walk to the beach around the corner and so many restaurants and things to do in this area. The pool is steps away and we watched sunsets every night from the patio. We would stay here again for the price.

Great location, views from the lanai, enjoyed whales and sunsets. Well furnished and comfortable. The trail to the beach was a bit disappointing (rocky and slippery), ended up using the roadway. Only concern with the unit was that the doors were difficult to use, did not slide well or latch easily, both door handles loose and needing a repair with a screwdriver. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen worked well for us.

This condo is very nicely updated inside and is in an excellent location on the end of the A building - it has proximity to the pool and to the gazebo restaurant and is also a short distance to the parking and the beach. the beach does have 2 short sets of stairs but I was able to carry her walker up and down the stairs and she used the handrail to be able to enjoy the beach a bit . The gorgeous beach is steep but not too crowded . Great View of water / private lanai . We also appreciated the grab bars in the bathroom near toilet and shower was easy in and out for her . Only thing that would have been better was if we had brought her handicap parking permit as the spaces right by the condo tended to fill up in evening but I was able to pull up and get her in and out of the car for a nice short walk to condo front door and then park . I love this area of Maui with views out to Molokai and whales right out front . Close to sea house for dinner and gazebo for breakfast and lunch . Perfect pool and again good pool stairs with nice handrail for her to get in and out . Ac worked great and kitchen was nicely equipped . Thank you so much - it was really a relief to have an accessible safe bathroom for my mom!!

Perfect beachfront location at Napili Point with a fabulous view. Enjoy convenient access to Honokeana Bay for swimming, snorkeling, and paddling. Although there is no easy sandy beach access, you can enter and exit through a small rocky channel, so bring water shoes. The condo is cozy, making it ideal for a couple or a family of three (parents and one child). Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

Check in was easy and fast. Parking was easy for us to find too and the fact that the beach (which is great for snorkeling and swimming) is just a (very short) walk away was amazing. I’m disabled and usually have a really hard time walking distances so a lot of the beaches on Maui were difficult for me to get to. But having a room just a few yards from the beach and a stunning view was truly great. The room was very clean and we loved the double shower as well as the Gazebo restaurant. There is a line every morning for a reason, the food and the service is spectacular. The line does tend to move slowly though, but the food is worth it. Just make sure the birds don’t steal from your plates lol the staff does their best to shoo the sparrows away but those cute little birds are determined at times. Everyone is very friendly too. We did have some plumbing being fixed at one point during our stay but we didn’t mind too much, we spent the day out and about just as planned and everything was done by the time we got back. It was super helpful that we were able to rent snorkeling equipment too since we lost some of ours to an unfortunate incident. There are also beach mats and chairs in the bathroom closet too that were very handy. All in all I would highly recommend this location and hope to be back again someday. I hope this helps!

We arrived later in the evening but found the apartment easily. We had the code which made everyting go smoothly. The apartment was very clean and the patio has a beautiful view of the bay. There was also easy access to the beach and parking. There was a grocery store nearby as well as a rental shop for snorkling. We were able to walk right out to the bay and swim around, there were even a few sea turtles hanging out. The apartment had beach chairs for our use and the kitchen was well equipped. The Gazebo restaurant near the pool had some of the best food around and always had a line going out the door! Overall we had a great stay and would recommend!

2nd time stay in this unit. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful view off of the lanai overlooking the ocean and Honokeana Bay. Love the ability to snorkel right outside your door with the sea turtles. One of the best places to stay in the Nāpili area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property. It was both clean and comfortable . The view from the unit and lanai was absolutely breathtaking. We also appreciate the location of Napili Point as it’s close to many of our favorite beaches and restaurants. Overall it was a perfect choice for us. If nitpicking or looking for ways to improve 1. I would add some wall hooks to both the shower and sink areas of the bathroom. 2. I would put something up to keep the cabinets from making so much noise when they close

Really enjoyed this studio. It’s a great floor plan and feels very spacious. Views are the best. I have to say I was pretty surprised by all the additional fees. Hopefully we will return!

This condo has been beautifully renovated, the whole place is top notch. The view is spectacular, the location on Napili Bay is unmatched. I definitely will go back! I highly recommend this condo.

The owner needs to put some money into this property. The entrance door/slider kept coming off its track every time you opened the door. You had to lift it to put it back on the track every time. Same for the screen door. And the old refrigerator stopped working on the third day of our stay. The property manager responded quickly and had an appliance repair person come in and fix it but food spoiled (we were reimbursed for that). Stayed at three other units in previous stays at Napili Point and they were in better shape. but the location of this unit is great.

The Property ID is not where we ended up due to some Plumbing Alterations. We ended up staying at Napili Point, A8 which had great views. Only issues were the sliding doors were difficult to open and close and the AC in the condo isn't big enough to condition the entire space adequately.

The owner needs to put some money into this property. The entrance door/slider kept coming off its track every time you opened the door. You had to lift it to put it back on the track every time. Same for the screen door. And the old refrigerator stopped working on the third day of our stay. The property manager responded quickly and had an appliance repair person come in and fix it but food spoiled (we were reimbursed for that). Stayed at three other units in previous stays at Napili Point and they were in better shape. but the location of this unit is great.

Checked in late on Sunday to be awoken by security asking us to move our car because they had to do plumbing construction. Shower did not drain so we would shower then go outside to shower our feet off then only to have the construction company tape that off so then we couldn't rinse our feet off (which this is unacceptable in the first place). They dug a ditch right next to the patio and proceeded to move the patio furniture then we would move it back at night, only to have them leave their personal items on the furniture in the morning (when we did try to open the blinds for some light). The Jackhammer would start first thing in the morning right next to our bed. But that's not the worst of it. When we called Epic realty for explanation, they informed us it was an emergency and credited us $100.00 But next day when it was still taped off we went to the front desk only to find out that Epic Realty lied to us and that they had known for months that this project was planned. During the day we had to shut the blinds bc construction workers looked right into our room. Our beautiful beach front view room turned into a dark cave. When we demanded our money back, they said no. Completely ruined our entire trip. Just heartbroken over this. Do not rent this VRBO! Management company is deceitful and ruthless. I was told that they could send someone out with some oil. That person never showed up and we went for a walk on the beach. long story shorter, when I spoke with epic again I was told someone had come out, but we were not there (no one called us or set up a time). Finally, I was told that someone would come out on Monday and that they had never had a complaint. We felt unsafe without a safe exit in case of fire and so we checked out and got another place. The last communication I received was "no one else complained, have a great day". I think Epic could have handled the situation better. Many of the buildings at NS don't have a close view of the ocean but this does. Unfortunately, this unit is right next to the access to the beach and shower. It's noisy, smelly at times outdoors and private. There's shuffleboard right out the front door, so there's the sound of breaking plates starting when it starts to get light. No noise rules in a.m. or p.m. We'd stay in a different part of the development next time.

This condo is very nicely updated inside and is in an excellent location on the end of the A building - it has proximity to the pool and to the gazebo restaurant and is also a short distance to the parking and the beach. the beach does have 2 short sets of stairs but I was able to carry her walker up and down the stairs and she used the handrail to be able to enjoy the beach a bit . The gorgeous beach is steep but not too crowded . Great View of water / private lanai . We also appreciated the grab bars in the bathroom near toilet and shower was easy in and out for her . Only thing that would have been better was if we had brought her handicap parking permit as the spaces right by the condo tended to fill up in evening but I was able to pull up and get her in and out of the car for a nice short walk to condo front door and then park . I love this area of Maui with views out to Molokai and whales right out front . Close to sea house for dinner and gazebo for breakfast and lunch . Perfect pool and again good pool stairs with nice handrail for her to get in and out . Ac worked great and kitchen was nicely equipped . Thank you so much - it was really a relief to have an accessible safe bathroom for my mom!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property. It was both clean and comfortable . The view from the unit and lanai was absolutely breathtaking. We also appreciate the location of Napili Point as it’s close to many of our favorite beaches and restaurants. Overall it was a perfect choice for us. If nitpicking or looking for ways to improve 1. Check in was easy and fast. Parking was easy for us to find too and the fact that the beach (which is great for snorkeling and swimming) is just a (very short) walk away was amazing. I’m disabled and usually have a really hard time walking distances so a lot of the beaches on Maui were difficult for me to get to. But having a room just a few yards from the beach and a stunning view was truly great. The room was very clean and we loved the double shower as well as the Gazebo restaurant. There is a line every morning for a reason, the food and the service is spectacular. The line does tend to move slowly though, but the food is worth it. Just make sure the birds don’t steal from your plates lol the staff does their best to shoo the sparrows away but those cute little birds are determined at times. Everyone is very friendly too. We did have some plumbing being fixed at one point during our stay but we didn’t mind too much, we spent the day out and about just as planned and everything was done by the time we got back. It was super helpful that we were able to rent snorkeling equipment too since we lost some of ours to an unfortunate incident. There are also beach mats and chairs in the bathroom closet too that were very handy. All in all I would highly recommend this location and hope to be back again someday. I hope this helps!

We arrived later in the evening but found the apartment easily. We had the code which made everyting go smoothly. The apartment was very clean and the patio has a beautiful view of the bay. There was also easy access to the beach and parking. There was a grocery store nearby as well as a rental shop for snorkling. We were able to walk right out to the bay and swim around, there were even a few sea turtles hanging out. The apartment had beach chairs for our use and the kitchen was well equipped. The Gazebo restaurant near the pool had some of the best food around and always had a line going out the door! Overall we had a great stay and would recommend!
We arrived later in the evening but found the apartment easily. We had the code which made everyting go smoothly. The apartment was very clean and the patio has a beautiful view of the bay. There was also easy access to the beach and parking. There was a grocery store nearby as well as a rental shop for snorkling. When we’re in Maui we always check out Napili Shores before others. Really appreciate owners sharing their condos. Special spot, ground floor (ocean view). Our favorite location as it’s on the end & very private. Perfect for two. If you’ve never been this is a pretty quiet family feel kind of resort. (Less kids in this building usually).Second time in this unit.Friendly & just right. Very close access to sandy Napili Bay; walk to many food options. Walkable to Kapalua Bay. Our favorite thing to do was walking the Coastal Trail all the way through to the bottom of the Ritz Carlton & then visiting the Baya Bowl truck @ DT Fleming park. Highly recommend. The resort didn’t exactly wow me, but this was one of the best units in the condo-style setup. Loved the proximity to the beach (literally 90 second walk), which meant soothing wave noises at night and easy beach hangs. It was clean, the kitchen had lots of dishware and cutlery, and easy to get into and out of.

Our visit here was pretty fantastic. The unit was super-clean and well-appointed. Looks just like the pictures and yet surpasses expectations at the same time (we used the blender which I had not seen in amenities). Excellent shower, great bed, plenty of towels...Nice little table on the outdoor patio with an amazing amount of privacy for having morning coffee and watching the waves and spouting Humpbacks! Not a bad place to end the day, either. We did various things on the island, but our highlight was taking the beach chairs on the very short path to Napili Bay and sitting in the sun and swimming in that wonderful surf. That was the best thing ever and so accessible to this condo. We'll do this again.
