Warm Brook Farm | 1792 Vermont Farmhouse, Hot Tub, Koi Pond & Gardens

This was such a pleasant experience. Trevor was quick to respond to any questions and everything was layed out for us. We used the code and entered with ease, greeted by homemade cookies and farm fresh eggs. We walked around and were struck by the antiques and vintage finds in every room. The house was spotless and had every convenience we needed and many we didn't even think of. The grounds are so beautiful. So many spots for a morning cup of coffee or a family fire pit. We wished we had more time to use everything. Such a smooth pleasant experience.

Warm Brook Farm was the most cozy house to stay in, in Vermont! This winter getaway was so fun between the hot tub and the beautiful history of the house and the warm welcome package … We can’t wait to come back hopefully in the summer or the spring when everything is in full bloom! The hosts were extremely communicative if we needed anything. I would say this was probably the most well stocked kitchen/house we have ever been to and provided the most luxurious products in a VRBO we’ve ever been to! It was also nice that Trever and Piper thought about families and provided two pack and plays so that we didn’t have to lug ours and save space in our car when we traveled. Every room was thoughtfully curated to set a cozy vibe and is extremely beautiful. We can’t wait to come back and spend time here with more family!

We were immediately drawn to the charm of Warm Brook and have come back 4 years in a row! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and immaculately clean, making you feel right at home. Our kids love the hot tub right outside of the kitchen and the cozy bed built into the wall! The paint colors are fantastic and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Trevor and Piper are so thoughtful that they always leave pantry staples and a dozen fresh eggs from their chickens, as well as a pasta dinner in case you need an easy meal when you arrive. Perhaps most importantly, Trevor is always available and responsive. He makes you feel like a welcome guest and is always helpful, communicative, and makes it clear that he genuinely wants you to have a wonderful stay. Warm Brook is the best!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Warm Brook Farm! Trevor’s home is beyond beautiful, cozy, and warm and we loved walking in to see the home decorated for the holiday. It truly felt like a home away from home. Trevor clearly puts so much thought and care into providing exceptional service to his guests and we couldn’t be more grateful! We hope we’re able to stay again in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. It is beautiful, exceedingly clean, well-appointed and there is absolutely nothing that was not provided by our host. I had one question for Trevor (owner) and he responded in less than 2 minutes. Overall, a fantastic time and I am most definitely planning a return visit.
