4 BEDROOM HOUSE JUST A WALK TO THE BEACH!

We were very happy with this home close to the beach. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away across A1A via a lit crosswalk (very important - it's a busy road). The garage was loaded with almost anything you might want at the beach - chairs, toys, boogie boards and towels. Unfortunately, it was pretty chill when we were there so we mostly walked on the beach. The house was clean and comfortable with places to relax inside and on the screened in porch. The neighborhood is quiet and it's hard to believe you're so close to major roads and shopping. There are adult and kids bikes available in the garage and you can walk or ride through a large neighborhood of connected streets, even going over to parks on the river side. Check-in was a breeze and the property managers were very responsive to questions. Highly recommended!

The house is great size for grandparents, parents, and kids! It had everything you needed to cook, relax, or a trip to the beach! We would definitely come back to this place for the convenience to beach, restaurants or stores. Especially close to Starbucks

This is a perfect home away from home. They have everything extra that you would need. Towels, toys, umbrellas. So much information on what to do and where to go.

We were only there for two days, but the house was comfortable, very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. For a family staying longer, there are numerous bicycles, beach chairs, toys And boogie boards. The kitchen is small but well stocked with dishes and cookware, a nice gas stove and large refrigerator. Any questions we had of the owner were promptly answered. The place could use a little touch up paint here and there, but absolutely nothing Impacted our experience which was very enjoyable and comfortable . Would definitely stay there again

This house has everything you need to come from out of town and enjoy the space and the beach! It’s spacious, clean, had towels/ linens and even beach towels, toys, chairs, etc. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch to have a cocktail! Owner was very friendly and responsive. Perfect for a family with little ones. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this place! It’s spacious, clean and centrally located. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beach is a short walk or we found plenty of parking at the beach, if you prefer to drive.

Ran low on toilet paper and the shower door in the master bath seemed broken but the house was perfectly located to the beach and had a lot of great amenities and was well kept inside. We appreciated all of the beach gear!

This property is super close to a lot of things you could want or need, including the beach, stores, restaurants, and an urgent care. The house is deceptively large, fitting our family of 8 people with ease. It was a wonderful touch that there were bicycles available as well, though we found it much too hot to use them. In unit washer/dryer was very convenient, and central air kept us very comfortable. This was so much better than a hotel stay for our siblings and assorted spouses for the week long stay.

Plenty of space with comfortable seating and beds. There were extras you do not normally see at a VRBO like bikes, a cooler, etc. Close to the beach and grocery.

Exterior look of the home is not appealing but the interior is super cute, clean and cozy. Lots of room for a big family. Close to several beaches.

Usually rent a motel but decided to rent this home because we had 8 in our party and it was great to relax on the back porch and the house was very clean so I will definitely return

Last minute booking. Booked on Sun PM for Mon-Fri. Got 'immediate confirmation' and cc was charged. Received message from owner (Steven) an hour later that house is booked the day we depart, and he can't get a cleaner between us leaving and new tenant. Said he will keep trying but if doesn't find one, will cancel our reservations. Spoke to him next morning (had to check out of hotel soon) and still no cleaner. Told him I would look for another place. Told me that though he could cancel me, I could not cancel on him. He has my money and was kept hostage for over 12 hours while he tried to find cleaner. He found cleaner for our end of stay by late morning. Said house ready to go as no one has been there in a while and let us go early since nowhere to go. Got to house and it was filthy. All beds slept in, garbage all over, bathrooms dirty, etc. Called owner who apologized and said would get a cleaner there asap. Person from neighborhood walked over about an hour later. No way house could be cleaned and sanitized by one person with whatever sponge they found in the house, especially after sitting in that condition for a while. Expected a professional service to come in for a few hours and clean it right. We had children (immune compromised) with us and at least expected some level of cleanliness. Told owner we were not comfortable staying, would pay one night for any inconvenience, though the house was literally 'off the market' for only 4-hours (from 11AM-3PM). Not surprisingly, said he wouldn't return any money and changed the lock code. Whether we had showed up at 1PM, 4PM, or 8PM, the house still would not have been cleaned because he did not know the cleaner never came. Whether we got access at 1, 4, or 8, guests have the right to expect a clean and sanitized home, and not one that requires a strong cleaning and sanitization. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Even if clean, the house has aged substantially since the pictures were posted.

The property was great for our party in that there was a private bedroom and bath that was ideal for our traveling companion. The house itself was spacious and comfortable with a screened-in porch that was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon relaxation. My wife and I would use it again without hesitation.

This property is exactly as advertised if not better. The house is spacious and the pictures do not do it justice. It is close to anything you’d need and the neighborhood was fantastic, very quiet and peaceful. We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back again in the future. The owners were very nice and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t have been happier. Great memories were made and I highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying here. It was as described, great location and convenient. I wrote modest because it is an older home but the furnishings are good. Twin beds would be great for children but not as comfy for an adult - sm mattress, no box springs. It was very easy to come and go- easy lock to navigate, safe neighborhood. Overall 5 stars for the price and location.

This is a nice clean house with a good location, but the heat did not work at all for our entire stay. We arrived at 8pm and unloaded the car before we realized the thermostat was not working. After checking breakers, we finally concluded it had dead batteries. We took batteries out of the television remote and put them in the thermostat, but that did not solve the problem. Still no heat. I reached out to the host. He asked us to check breakers, so we did once more, but none were tripped and the heat never came on. I reported this to the host who said he would call someone to come out in the morning. The next day, we left the property early to spend the day at Kennedy Space Center. At 12:25 I got a text from the host on my cell phone saying that I never got back to him last night and did we get the heat to work, although I clearly told him the night before that we had no heat and he had said that he would call someone in the morning. Later that evening, he had decided to ask us to check the gas shut-off, but we never saw the message as it was late and everyone was tired. He wanted to have a phone conversation about the situation with the heat, so I called him. It was then, in the middle of day 2 of our stay, during the phone conversation with him that I found out not only does he live in a different state, but also the parents listed in the information about the home had moved to a different state. Also, the neighbors who help out with the home have passed away. So there are no local contacts if anything goes wrong! He wanted my permission to allow access to the house while we were not there, but I could not allow that as a work laptop with sensitive information had been left there, but I told him we could be there after 7pm. We had spent a lot of money to spend the day at KSS, and were not going to leave early. Around 2pm, he texted again to say that he had called 5 different HVAC companies and all were booked until the day we were supposed to leave. "I\'m very sorry this happened during your stay." No other solution or compensation of any kind was offered; just "the weather is heating back up." This leads me to believe that he does not have a working relationship with one company that does at least an annual check and will prioritize you when something goes wrong. Our stay was not comfortable although we spent a lot of time boiling water on the stove trying to make it that way!

The host was always reachable and friendly. The house was quite adequate. We only had 4 guests rather than the planned 6. Who knows when we might return. Thank you.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very well kept. I only stayed one night on my way to Atlanta from Pompano Beach but would definitely stay a whole week on a family vacation. Steven was great as well. He was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay, it was close to the beach and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was very nice to have the essentials at the house that we didn’t need to bring. Nice and quiet neighborhood with people biking daily. Would definitely stay again if coming to the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious home. It was a 10–15-minute walk to a beautiful beach. There are also two county picnic areas/parks with facilities and free parking at the nearby beach. Beach chairs and toys, etc., were available in the garage. The beds were comfortable and the living area was as well. It is located near shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Very convenient! We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night while waiting for cruise. House is clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of supplies to make whatever you need in the kitchen. About 5-10 min walk to beach access. Stores and restaurants close driving distance.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay before your cruise, this is the spot! WalMart and several restaurants nearby and the beautiful beach is a short walk away. Owners answered questions quickly and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Would definitely stay here again for our next Port Canaveral cruise!!
