Stunning Modern Dream Home w Pool, Grill, Foosball

The pool was filled with leaves and branches kinda normal since the wind brings it down. By the fence the trash was all on the ground which I did inform the owners first hand because that definitely wasn’t us. There were candy wrappers throughout the home. Crumbs in the kitchen from coffee grounds. The bedding was stained. I went to take a bath I had to scrub it out completely before doing so it was gritty! I cleaned the home throughly before the cleaners came when we checked out. I washed all towels, swept, mopped…only the bedding is what they had to clean and change out. The big trees brought in roaches. My son and nephew kept killing them but that was scary for us girls lol. I’d book again I’d just bring my own sheets tbh.

Pool was okay. Not as clean as was hoping for or expecting.

The host was very responsive to all my questions. The space was clean and updated. It was the perfect size space for my family and my children (Ages 2-13) were all happy.

Okay, so this house was DISGUSTING beyond belief and I’m appalled at how it was given to us. 1. Cockroaches scurrying around the house - we had to run and close all our suitcases and didn’t want to sit with our feet on the floor - not very relaxing! (see video of the biggest cockroach!).2. Dirty pillowcase and sheets with visible stains (photos). 3. Bugs all over the place (photo). 4. Pool with NO steps or ladder so you have to use your upper body strength as you kick to catapult yourself out and beach yourself like a whale. Good luck if you have a mobility issue. Obvious safety risk, as well! Besides not having a quick way out in case of drowning, this poses unnecessary risks for slip, fall or injury (see photo - NO access to enter or exit at 4 feet depth). 5. Wasp nest right by the hot tub made relaxing impossible (see video).6. Dirty backyard patio furniture (see photos).Other issues included:- clogged showers- Foosball table had NO ball - Rugs - were they picked up from someone’s trash can? (see photos)- Dirty stairs and stained carpeting throughout the house.- Another cockroach sighting- Children’s bunk beds had food crumbsUnbelievably horrific experience!
