The positives is the house was clean, nice location, beautiful and well stocked kitchen, and a beautiful view. The management company also communicated well. The main negative was the bed downstairs was awful and made for a terrible night sleep. We are really only at the VRBO in the evenings so nice beds are the most important thing to us and the downstairs bed made for a terrible night sleep. This house would have been great if it was just one set of adults but the bed was so bad, we had to give my 70 year old mom the master and we took the downstairs bedroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I absolutely loved this property we make a sacrifice with no air conditioning but was not happy we had no hot water the entire time we were there. They fixed the hot tub quickly. We left three large fans we purchased from Walmart at the location.
