Nice property. Well equipped. And generally very clean. However the bbqs were pretty horrendous and 1 a potential fire hazard. Full of oil and food debris. We enjoyed our time there and a very good lunch at joes fish in moresville.

Property is very stylish and comfortable. If only we could have stayed another day! The paddle boards were enticing, but probably too challenging for us. Sitting on end of dock was perfect!

Looks even better than the pictures, lake view is amazing and cable deck railing looks modern and does not block the view. In fact the chairs in great room are brand new have been upgraded from the picture. Kitchen is very functional and has a newly remodeled look. The lake house is great for relaxing with a view. Free use of paddle boards.

You know it's a good place when everybody says, "It's better than the pictures!" It was. Nice big table for meals, puzzles, and games. The porch was comfortable for watching the gorgeous sunsets. We walked down to the dock to enjoy the water. Great view of the water from the downstairs bedroom/game room, too. Foosball was different and fun. All-in-all a comfortable place to stay for one couple and two single adults. We hope to stay here again.

If Evolve has a SUPERHOST Paige and her home or it! No stone was left unturned- she thought of everything. The house was immaculate and pictures are exactly what is there-except more beautiful in person! From the soaps, the make-up cloths, water toys, games, etc! She answered all questions very timely and had some wonderful suggestions for the area. So many memories made! We plan on coming back!

I think I might have spent the majority of my time mesmerized by the view and closeness of Lake Norman from the Amazing deck! OMG!! The beds...THE BEST SLEEP EVER!!! We had a wonderful stay at Paige‘a beautiful lake side home. We were welcomed to treats following a long flight from the UK which was much appreciated.The home is very spacious and luxurious and has the most stunning views. We drove to Kindred in Davidson for dinner which was amazing and had breakfast at Your Coffee Place in Troutman which was delicious! We also headed to the Blue Ridge Parkway with dinner in Blowing Rock which was a lot of fun! Paige was also super helpful and kind. Thank you for having us, our only regret was not having more time to stay longer! 😊

Have stayed at Lake Norman many times now with my extended family. This has been the best place yet it is very well maintained, lots of room,and easy water access. The host here are 2nd to none very responsive to any questions or problems that occur. Looking forward to staying again very soon.

The house is exactly how it shows online. I am a neat freak and the house was immaculate. Decorated tastefully and had a bohemian vibe. That is my perfect fit. The view is absolutely stunning. Paige, responds to text messages and is a great host. I would rebook if we are back in the area.
