Beautiful home, nice and cool AC. Lots of great beach equipment that we used all the time! Lovely to sit on the lanai and drink coffee in the morning. We also enjoyed the paths tot be beach which are much nicer than we even expected. It was easy to load up the beach cart and take it down the paved paths! Pool areas were nice and close by. Wonderful stay for a family of 3, would definitely book again!

This property was fantastic with roomy bedrooms a nice living room and kitchen. The property had clean, well maintained barbecues and a swimming pool about 1 minute from the condo. Beautiful beaches were only a short scenic walk away and there were plenty of restaurants in the area.

This condo's location was perfect. Easy access to walking paths/many beaches. Restaurants/groceries were a short drive away. The pool and hot tub was just down a short path. The designated parking stall was very close to the condo's entrance. The condo itself was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The layout worked very well for 2 couples. The owner's response time was very prompt and courteous. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Michelle

We have stayed in several units in this complex and found this one to be very clean and suitable for 4 individuals. The vents in the guest bedroom did not cool off the room as well as the other rooms, however, the owner provided portable fans in every room. Management responded promptly.

We were very pleased with the condo at Regency at Poipu Kai. It was in a great location close to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We loved our stay in Poipu!

The condo was in a great spot, clean, and worked perfect for us! It was stocked with beach toys, beach towels, spices, and even some yummy chocolates to greet us! We had a great time and would definitely stay again! Susan was great to communicate with and super accommodating! Thank you!

We had a great time at the property. It was very clean and quiet. The drive to Poipu beach and Shipwreck Beach only take a few minutes in either direction so it's in a great location.

Susan's condo was absolutely beautiful in every way! We were playing in a state senor softball tournament that week and really enjoyed all the comforts of home after a long day at the fields. Especially walking into the central ac. It was a beautiful week in Poipu. Aloha from Maui, H

The beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfectly located for an easy walk to Pouipu beach and Shipwreck Beach. Keyless entry was effortless and we were treated with wine, Hawaiian cookies and chocolate on the counter. The host was speedy to reply to any questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped and included spices galore. Plenty of beach toys including wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs and great information on sights to see on Kauai. Condo included Kleenex, night lights, first aid kits, plenty of beach towels, hand held vacuum, laundry detergent, pack and play, charging station - they thought of everything to make the stay extra comfy. Although the condo faced the street you couldn’t hear anything in the bedrooms which had very comfy king size beds. Excellent experience.

This was our second time staying in this complex, but first time in this condo. The condo was nice and the double futon beds were great for our kids. The two main bedroom beds were very cozy. Our only complaint was that we had to wash and put away the sheets for the futons before checking out. We don’t mind pulling the sheets off and cleaning up after ourselves the best we can, but this did not allow us to spend time exploring our last morning because we had to do laundry before checking out. Of the three places we stayed while in Hawaii, we had to do more to prepare for checkout here than any of the other places. We pay a cleaning fee already, so this just seemed to be a bit more than what should be asked of us. Otherwise, we felt the condo was nice and accommodating for our family.

This condo was in a central location close to everything we needed. Beaches were a short walk away. The condo had everything we needed and more from beach chairs to curling irons. The amenities were great as well. All in all it provided us a very comfortable living space!

We loved our stay! The property is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We loved the 2 queen beds in 1 room and the king in the other allowing everyone in our group to sleep well. The shared space is open and comfortable with plenty of seating so we could all hang out together. It was a great place to stay for our family

Perfect for 2 couples! Well stocked kitchen for cooking (we cooked breakfast and one dinner). Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Wonderful living room for hanging out in the evenings. Very nice space all around

The condo was very nice, well equipped kitchen that met our needs. We had plenty of room for my husband, myself and our two adult children. The lanai faces a very busy street so we didn’t spend a lot of time out there. Wish the couch was a little softer. We appreciated all the towels and lots of beach equipment! Overall it was a nice condo and met our needs!

We absolutely loved the condo. Perfect location for all our needs. Short walk to the beach. We could walk to many restaurants and shopping area. We loved that their was a local fruit/veggie stand within walking distance also. Very nice place to stay Would definitely recommend

Communication with the host was easy and prompt. The condo was comfortable and fit the needs for our group well (4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 kids). There are two pools close to the condo and neither was too busy during the time we were there. We enjoyed both the pools and hot tubs at both locations. The location of the condo is great! It was easy to walk to Brennecke, Poipu, and Shipwrecks beaches (10-15 min). We loved having access to beach chairs, a cooler and boogie boards (there was also a wagon and umbrella, as well as sand toys etc that we didn’t end up using). Boogie boarding was the best at Brennecke’s and we liked floating/playing in the waves the best at Kiahuna Beach which was just a short drive away. Lots of great shopping close by. We throughly enjoyed our time and would stay here again.
Communication with the host was easy and prompt. The condo was comfortable and fit the needs for our group well (4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 kids). There are two pools close to the condo and neither was too busy during the time we were there. We enjoyed both the pools and hot tubs at both locations. The location of the condo is great! It was easy to walk to Brennecke, Poipu, and Shipwrecks beaches (10-15 min). We loved having access to beach chairs, a cooler and boogie boards (there was also a wagon and umbrella, as well as sand toys etc that we didn’t end up using). Boogie boarding was the best at Brennecke’s and we liked floating/playing in the waves the best at Kiahuna Beach which was just a short drive away. Lots of great shopping close by. We throughly enjoyed our time and would stay here again.

The unit had everything and more that we needed! Was close to the pool. Wish this unit was closer to the beach but it was a nice 10 minute walk!
