Super cute. Liked having washer and dryer even if we didn’t use them. It does need shades on kitchen, dining and living rm. Liked the outdoor fire pit even if we didn’t use it. It has a lot of great qualities. Very nice owner.

I was new to Caseville and we were looking for an early summer getaway. I found Maria's cottage on VRBO. From the time we checked in until we left, it was more than we could've hoped for! This was the cleanest and best equipped VRBO yet. Maria is a wonderful host and is quick to answer inquiries . .

We had such a great time at this Port Austin cozy cabin. When you first arrive, you are greeted by a beautifully landscaped yard with both a side and back deck, there is also a fire pit, a horseshoe pit, and a basketball net in the driveway. I was impressed by the cleanliness, and we truly had everything we could need and more: washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge, air fryer, waffle maker, full kitchen utensils, stacks of towels and extra blankets... The beds were very comfortable too. I slept great every night! This cabin was close to everything too, tons of beaches to check out, and Sandy Dunes was a must visit. My daughter loved the kindness of the host hanging a "Happy Birthday" banner for her. I can very easily recommend a stay here, and we would love to come back next summer.

I rent a place in port Austin every year for the weekend that Halloween camping takes place at nearby Port Crescent State park. My extended family camps, I enjoy the day and fires with them and then go sleep in a warm, comfortable bed 😊. The cottage was clean, plenty of small amenities provided (I don’t want to bring my own bedding towels etc and all those are provided!) My 5 month old grandson came with is for the first time and there was plenty of room for his portacrib and allll the baby stuff. A very short drive to the camping area. Great place, highly recommend!

Such a comfortable cozy cottage! Everything we needed and then some! Wonderful woodstove added to the ambiance (not the main source of heat)! Within walking distance of the great trails and beach at Port Crescent State Park. No guarantee, of course, but we saw, perhaps,the Best Sunset of our lives, from the breakwater at Port Austin. The incredible The Farm restaurant is only 3 miles away. Happened to be a birthday weekend for one of us--couldn't have been happier!!!

The house and room sizes were perfect for the family for our stay. One thing that was inconvenient was the bathroom toilet. It’s a low toilet and there is nothing near it to use to get up for older adults like a vanity counter or bar.

We have been friends for 40 years & wanted a fun, relaxing weekend where we could catch up since we live several states away from each other. The cabin was a halfway point for us and exactly what we were looking for! Clean, great location, perfect size for the 2 of us. Thanks so much for telling us about the Northern Lights! We were able to view them and took some amazing pics! This was the first time either of us had stayed in MI too, so I got to check off another state I have now visited. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a place to get away from home to spend some much needed downtime. I selected this place due to the nice comments shared by other guests. I was not disappointed! This place was perfectly located to the lake, putt-putt was within walking distance, with homemade ice cream, and a dark skies observation location was literally across the road. Our Vrbo hosts thought of all the details and we felt like we were at home. One of our favorite moments was teaching our college age daughter how to play Euchre like a true Michigander. Thank you again for accommodating us! God bless the rest of your summer❤️

Such a comfortable cozy cottage! Everything we needed and then some! Wonderful woodstove added to the ambiance (not the main source of heat)! Within walking distance of the great trails and beach at Port Crescent State Park. No guarantee, of course, but we saw, perhaps,the Best Sunset of our lives, from the breakwater at Port Austin. The incredible The Farm restaurant is only 3 miles away. Happened to be a birthday weekend for one of us--couldn't have been happier!!!

Loved our stay at the cottage with all the necessities of home and close proximity to everything. We enjoyed walking the sandy beach with shallow water, kayaking, biking and exploring the area. Port Austin is a quaint town.

We loved our stay at the Cozy Cottage! The house was clean, the host was friendly, and the beds were so comfortable! The house was within minutes of the state park and a ton of roadside parks. We loved walking on Steel Head trail! And it was only 10 minutes away from town, which has the best farmers market on Saturdays!
