Cute place with the decor and refinishes but couldn’t kick the musty smell. The road in is a a single road so you have to be careful turning in or out

I stayed in the hilltop hideaway while looking for a rental in Maryville. It was comfortable and clean. The bed was very good. Communication was excellent.

We stayed here while visiting family over Christmas. The place matches the listing exactly with all amenities needed with stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and great WiFi. Communication with Keith was great and we had no issues. The road leading to the house is in rough shape, for sure but that’s not really the owner’s issue to solve. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We stayed at Keith's while touring colleges. It was nice to be close to restaurants and grocery stores. The house location wasn’t quite what I was anticipating. The small road leading up to the home was awful with potholes (not Keith's fault). But the Hilltop Hideaway severed our needs perfectly as a home base while we toured colleges and Knoxville. Go Vols!

The house has recently been updated and all the furnishings very nice. The houses next door very much like this one but overall the neighborhood looked like it may be about to go through a lot of changes. The surrounding area of Maryville had plenty of options for dinner, groceries, shopping, etc. A little distance from UT but not too far.
