Vi uppskattade verkligen våra fyra nätter på Eastin. Rummet var bra storleksmässigt och sängarna var sköna med bra kuddar. Effektiv a/c som inte var alltför ljudlig. Trevligt med två poolområden även om många slogs om platserna vid poolen på vån 22. Tyvärr blir det ingen sol på hela poolområdet förrän vid 13:00. Frukosten var riklig och god. Mycket folk vid frukosten men jag tycker ändå att personalen gjorde sitt bästa för att få allt att fungera smidigt. Jag hade nog önskat ett större fruktbord. Läget var också toppen precis bredvid Phayathai Bts och AirPort Rail Link. Mycket smidigt!

Hotellet er smukt og virkelig lækkert. Høj luksus, pæne værelser, smuk udsigt (vi boede på etage 32) og en udsøgt morgenmad. Let adgang til byen med BTS train. Poolen er smuk og usigten den samme, men begge pools er EKSTREMT kolde og nærmest ubrugelige. Hvilket er super ærgerligt.

Staff were very welcoming towards us during our stay. They were friendly and helpful across all areas of the entire hotel. Hotel is clean, presentable, we were very happy with our room and no complaints in that regard. The only downfall is the lifts can sometimes take a long time to arrive, waitinb times but its the start of peak season so not overly complaining. Local construction work made it hard to visit cetain areas of bangkok and taxis took a long time to arrive and get us to our location as a result. Breakfast buffet selection was amazing, good quality food, we couldn’t ask for anything more than whats provided. I would definitely stat here again.

Glamour and luxury meets Thai hospitality in this gorgeous hotel conveniently located on the Air Link train directly from the BKK airport. Gorgeously designed gold lobby impresses you as you enter. The rooms are tastefully designed with big beds, very comfortable mattresses and all marble bathrooms with walk in shower cabins. The 22nd and 37th floor pools offer impressive views over Bangkok (we preferred floor 22nd due to the sunbed arrangements and the super attentive staff). A massive shoutout to Susie from the Concierge team and Bom from the reception staff for being so helpful, attentive and full of ideas how to enjoy Bangkok and move around!

It was an amazing stay in this hotel, front desk and concierge staffs were very nice with excellent hospitality. I like the bright lighting in the room, very high ceiling, the washroom is big and new white tile floor felt like home. Just a bit disappointed to no bathtub in the standard room, which I brought over lots of bath salt to try to relax. We usually not to border for housekeeping during our stay, it is because we usually sanitize everything when we get to the room. This time we experienced the same problem after the housekeeping made up our room in one morning, we found hairs by the sink and floor which were not there before. I've seen before some hotel's housekeeper uses the used towel to clean the floor and around sink, which is really awful. I hope this hotel should monitor not to have this habit. Otherwise both pools are beautiful, we like to stay at 22nd floor pool, with lots of benches, and during 5-7pm they have happy hour for most of the drinks which is very good deal. Overall we like the hotel, convenient in location attached to BTS, will come back next time.

Rooms were beautiful (great bathrooms and beds were so comfortable). We had some delays in check in and they handled the situation well. The breakfast buffet is UNBELIEVABLE! We were in awe and ate so so much and everything was so great! Pool is beautiful but very cold so more ideal on a warm day (we came in shoulder season) it’s also a very fast walk from the train station. We would definitely stay here again.

The room had a fabulous view. It was so clean. It was spotless. The staff was professional and very courteous, and the amenities were fantastic. I love the breakfast buffet and the happy hour. That was free. If you stayed in a deluxe room I will definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel is perfect with the airport railway line terminal and the BTS station. It is not far away from the city centre. The mattress is wonderful. We stayed here for 5 nights. Got 3 pieces of laundry free each day. Our room is Deluxe at the end of a corridor. The sound proofing from outside traffic was not perfect.

My parent had a good time at the hotel - it is convenient and conformable. The service is good. Only with a little issue - my parents are had buffet breakfast with the package included with the hotel. They shared it is very complicated the staff keep checking their room number. My parents don’t speak good English and so they were so frustrated.

Absolutely superb hotel! From check-in to check-out, the service at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai was unbelievable. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay. We had access to the Executive Lounge, which was incredible — excellent food, delicious drinks, and attentive staff who made the experience extra special. From the start, terrible checkin service from front counter making us wait for a room up to 1 hour wait, until I complained about waiting especially after booking months in advance. Also days our room not made up fresh after being out all day on tours and coming back and still messy no towels fresh for shower. Air-conditioning not working properly. Welcome drink for 5 star hotel was a soft drink, really that’s appalling service from 5 star hotel on high end clients. Poor service overall at this new 5 star hotel. I give 2 stars overall.

Staff were very welcoming towards us during our stay. They were friendly and helpful across all areas of the entire hotel. Hotel is clean, presentable, we were very happy with our room and no complaints in that regard. The only downfall is the lifts can sometimes take a long time to arrive, waitinb times but its the start of peak season so not overly complaining. Local construction work made it hard to visit cetain areas of bangkok and taxis took a long time to arrive and get us to our location as a result. Breakfast buffet selection was amazing, good quality food, we couldn’t ask for anything more than whats provided. I would definitely stat here again.

The rooms are tastefully designed with big beds, very comfortable mattresses and all marble bathrooms with walk in shower cabins. The 22nd and 37th floor pools offer impressive views over Bangkok (we preferred floor 22nd due to the sunbed arrangements and the super attentive staff). A massive shoutout to Susie from the Concierge team and Bom from the reception staff for being so helpful, attentive and full of ideas how to enjoy Bangkok and move around!

We absolutely LOVED staying here. This is our second visit here after a stay here last year. The service, cleanliness and facilities are top notch. So easy to get to places since the hotel is connected to the BTS Rail too. One day I dropped off post cards to mail and gave the concierge money to pay for postage. Upon finding out they cannot mail postcards to the USA, he messaged me in their hotel app. I did not provide my name but he figured out who I was because the doorman remembered me. I was so impressed! I would definitely stay here over and over gain. Thank you to their employee, Ploy, for upgrading our room, it made our stay wonderful!

Vi uppskattade verkligen våra fyra nätter på Eastin. Rummet var bra storleksmässigt och sängarna var sköna med bra kuddar. Effektiv a/c som inte var alltför ljudlig. Trevligt med två poolområden även om många slogs om platserna vid poolen på vån 22. Tyvärr blir det ingen sol på hela poolområdet förrän vid 13:00. Frukosten var riklig och god. Mycket folk vid frukosten men jag tycker ändå att personalen gjorde sitt bästa för att få allt att fungera smidigt. Jag hade nog önskat ett större fruktbord. Läget var också toppen precis bredvid Phayathai Bts och AirPort Rail Link. Mycket smidigt!

We chose this hotel deliberately as we arrived in Bangkok quite late in the evening and wanted somewhere close to the skytrain station. The buffet breakfast was AMAZING and the hotel has excellent facilities that we thoroughly enjoyed. The downside is there isn't much to do around the hotel but Factory Coffee is really close by and Siam Station just a few stops away.

We had a great time in Bangkok. The hotel was amazing. Great location, easy access to public transport and airport link train, wonderful and knowledgeable staff, spacious room, every day housekeeping, full bathroom amenities, bathrobes. We were getting bottle of water every day. Breakfast was amazing with the huge variety of food from all over the world. We had the executive club excess. The dinner was delicious and plenty of choices to drink. It was stunning view of the city from the infinity swimming pools. At our last day we had possibility to get a shower and some drinks before our flight.

We were in awe and ate so so much and everything was so great! Pool is beautiful but very cold so more ideal on a warm day (we came in shoulder season) it’s also a very fast walk from the train station. We would definitely stay here again.

From the second we walked into the hotel we were greeted and offered help by the staff. Everyone we encountered was excellent. The one little thing that let it down was the breakfast for me personally as it was the same every day however this is a very minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.

This is a five stars hotel, stay there for four nights. The washroom don’t even provide body lotion for guest. There is only one Italian restaurant for lunch and dinner at the hotel. Can only find one decent restaurant near the hotel area. Breakfast selection is great but you feel that the senior staff is paying attention to how long you stay at breakfast.
