The Good: Home is spacious; plenty of room for 9 of us. Kitchen is well stocked. Particularly liked the coffee beans and grinder. Location is great. WiFi is very fast and smart TV was nice to watch the NBA/NHL Finals in the evening. We had an issue with the gas hot water heater and the owner/manager was quick to walk us thru getting it working again. Plenty of parking. The Not So Good: The foosball table does not have a real foosball. It has a ping pong ball. The skeeball doesn't work. Furniture is a bit rough, you have to slam the footrests back in place to get them to stay and the mattress on the bed in the primary bedroom is quite soft.I was charged a cleaning fee and the checkout procedure required us to perform chores: strip beds, pile towels, load and start the dishwasher, take trash to dumpster. That's what the cleaning fee is for. I don't give perfect ratings to VRBOs that require chores.

Property had lots of space for our family to spread out. Great communication with owner. Great location close to town. Enjoyed our stay.

This is a nice place that we enjoyed and we were able to have our own room and bathroom! A lot of living areas to hang out! If you’re coming with a big family or friends, this is a perfect place to stay. Nice and quiet neighborhood and closed to downtown. But the only problem was that the carpets were too dirty (some described it at too filthy) need really deep cleaning and found trash and underwear clothing behind some beds and dressers from the people that stayed before us.
