Quite impersonal. Everything is automated or via electronic communication. They do have a "virtual Front Desk" if you need assistance. If this is not an issue for you, then no problems here. We had an issue with registering our vehicle, you need to do this in order not to have your car towed. They say to do it 24 hours in advance. This is impossible if you're flying in and getting a rental. You need to go through the email link to register, and then refer back to the link they email you. Kind of difficult if you only have one cell phone. Called the "virtual front desk" and were made to feel incompetent. She would not register our car over the phone, so my wife and I went back and forth with our phones to finally register our rental car. Then, in order to get into the garage, you have to go up to the unit to get the garage badge, then go back down to get into the garage. The badge triggers a sensor that opens the door to the garage. Good luck placing it in the exact place on your dash so it triggers the sensor, and then even more of a crap shoot finding a parking stall. You'll definitely love the locomotive train that passes by ALL day and night. The homeless camps around the area are just ridiculous and disgusting. The unit itself was very clean and bed was comfortable.

Parking is super complicated. People park long term in the short term spots, so you have to double park to go up to your room to get the parking pass. Plan on prepaying for the parking garage because there will be no where to park. Otherwise, property is great.

The “apart-hotel” had everything we needed and more. So nice to have a full kitchen when staying with a bunch of friends with different dietary needs. They also had amenities such as a pool and gym. I had to knock down 1 star due to its location, especially with all of the construction going on around this new building. There were fences all around which made walking to RiNo downtown confusing and not direct. We ended up using Uber/Lyft a lot. But if walking is your jam, it shouldn’t be too bad. Rino Denver district is so much fun with cool stores, bars and great food!

Once inside it, it was ok. Beds were super comfortable. The property was dirty due to nearby construction. The pool was empty and full of dirt due to construction area. Carpets had stains. Parking was not available so we had to search for street parking. That was stressful

The communication was great. Lots of follow up and quick to reply. The area around the place is under construction and right next to a train track so it was noisy from time to time. We also booked this seeking on site parking which it showed in our search but then after booking said it wasnt availabile so that we a bummer. Luckily we didnt have to walk more than a block. We also thought the pool was open but it wasnt. The space itself was well cared for, very clean but the bed was hard as a rock. The location was in a really fun area, maybe a bit out of the way for someone wanting to walk all of RiNo with kids, but not too bad.

The apartment complex is similar to what most new/modern apartments are like. Good community features, sitting areas, business center, gym, etc. The 1-bedroom unit with a kitchen is quite comfortable for 1-2 people. Walls are thin, so you might want to use the complimentary ear plugs that Kasa provides. Kitchen is minimally equipped, so don't count on a lot of gadgets. The RiNo district is exploding with numerous new apartments being built. This makes Kasa RiNo a bit isolated (still walkable from downtown) since new connecting streets are not yet complete. I imagine the entire area will look very different in 6 months. Overall, this is a good and reasonable short term option.

We absolutely loved the apartment - plenty of space for our family of 5, and super comfortable - but the parking is awful. Be prepared to walk 5 - 10 minutes, carrying your stuff and any kids too exhausted to walk themselves, no matter what weather. If you're not traveling with a car though, i absolutely recommend!

The property was clean and had everything you need from coffee, tea, toiletries, cooking utensils, salt pepper, a water kettel and even laundry detergent. The only complaint is the check in process and we stayed in unit two zero onr and the tenat above us seemed to make it a point to stomp extremly loud all 4 days. We also booked unit two seventeen which was cleanish but could have used a better wipe down of some areas. The pool was nice and the pool towels available in the unit was nice extra.

What a great stay! This was my first time staying at a Kasa property and it was fantastic. The amenities were handy and the off street parking was a godsend and well worth the additional cost. My initial reaction to the check in instructions was very negative. 30 minutes prior to check in for reviewing VERY detailed instructions and/or watching a video can be very frustrating when you've just driven 4 hours or been on a flight. The first impression was quickly dismissed when I saw the accommodations. The paper towels were grubby - the top of the roll had soiled fingerprints - not as inviting as you'd like. The bed was firm and the towels were soft. The windows need black out curtains or window treatments. No one wants to get up too early on vacation.

Unit is nice and the king size bed was very comfortable but was disappointed that the floors in the bathrooms and kitchen countertops and cooktops were not clean. Rooms are good sized and there are large closets but not a single dresser to store clothing in the entire unit. There is only one TV in the entire unit which we found surprising considering it had 2 seperate bedrooms and a living room. We made do. Parking is an absolute disaster with none available near the unit the entire time we stayed. So you are forced to park down by the river on large gravel/rocks and walk. There was also tons of police monitoring the area (not sure if thats good or bad) but came home one night to over 10 police vehicles hearding up homeless individuals (lots of commotion). The garage doors are extreamly loud every time they open and close and you can constantly hear the train sounds going off all day/night. This unit had both likes and dislikes but is a bit pricey for the overall experience.

Do not stay here. This is a terrible place. The bed was so hard I couldn't even sleep. The train was so loud. I found a broken topo chico bottle shattered all over the fridge. Since there's no front desk there is no one to help you check in. This ace is a joke. I never leave bad reviews but this place was run horribly.

Property itself is nice, modern, new. It’s an AMLI apartment complex on the far side of Rino. Not walkable at night. Not super walkable in the day. Surrounded by all other AMLI condos and large areas of homeless camps. Bathroom was gross - crap and vomit on toilet, bathtub, shower. Hair and blood on the bathroom vanity. Old food stuck to stovetop. Reached out minutes after arriving to get house keeping in to clean. They responded quickly but no one showed up until the next day and they entered my room without knocking or any notice. Recleaned the bathroom but still found more vomit after they left. Stay at Sentral Union Station - same concept but cleaner, nicer, more convenient and competent staff on premises.

Location was perfect! We were there for a Rockies game and Coors Field was within walking distance (0.5 mile). The grounds were getting worked on and are starting to look great! The room was clean and beautiful.

We loved the room perfect for a large family. It was a bit noisy from the trains but didn't bother us. I could see how if you were a light sleeper it could effect you.

The parking alone will drive anyone crazy. I had to park 7 minutes away because it’s “no parking included” . The walls are terribly thin i heard so many arguments.. you can hear simple conversations and hear people just humming next door. Invest in a hotel.. or in a place that is not in an apartment building. This was my second and last time.

Directions for access were very well detailed and made check in super easy. The unit was nice but there was no tv in the bedroom which was disappointing. The blinds, while black were completely see through giving very little privacy. One of the lamps in the bedroom was not working

The apartment was amazing! Very clean and full of amenities. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Very spacious and each bedroom had a bathroom. Easy check and staff were very helpful. The location was great - quick walk to Coors Field and downtown. My only concern was the comments about the homeless tent city nearby, but upon arrival this was not a concern at all. My only complaint is that the curtains are not blackout and it was very bright. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was very comfortable, clean and nice. However they did not communicate well at all. I booked the property several months in advance. According to the booking it was pet friendly and had parking. It did not mention an extra fee for either. We did not receive details about the fee for the pet until a week before. Our check in information given a day before starts that if parking was needed we needed to contact them and pay yet another fee. When we tried to get parking, we received three contradicting messages. It was very confusing and when we went into the office to try and get answers, we were told they couldn’t help us. I have a young daughter who is in a wheelchair. We can’t just park down the street or in the dirt. Furthermore, for a pet friendly place, we got messaged two separate times about our dog supposedly barking. However, she is not a big barker and may bark for a second if a dog walks by, but she is not a noisy dog. We take her everywhere and have never had an issue before. The property was very comfortable, clean and nice. However they did not communicate well at all. I booked the property several months in advance. According to the booking it was pet friendly and had parking. It did not mention an extra fee for either. We did not receive details about the fee for the pet until a week before. Our check in information given a day before starts that if parking was needed we needed to contact them and pay yet another fee. When we tried to get parking, we received three contradicting messages. It was very confusing and when we went into the office to try and get answers, we were told they couldn’t help us. I have a young daughter who is in a wheelchair. We can’t just park down the street or in the dirt. Furthermore, for a pet friendly place, we got messaged two separate times about our dog supposedly barking. However, she is not a big barker and may bark for a second if a dog walks by, but she is not a noisy dog. We take her everywhere and have never had an issue before. As a hotel room, it was fine. No complaints. But what was terrible was the entire check in experience, the parking location, lack of proper signs directing where to go. Keypad code didn’t work, a random resident had to let us in. Not happy.

the unit itself was excellent. bed was comfortable, had all appliances you could ask for including full washer/dryer. check in was a nightmare. unless you’re in your 20’s and used to all being virtual there’s no help in navigating how to get in, the garage, and i tried to check in at 2:30 and couldn’t get to speak to anyone to even try to do it. when i tried to get in contact through their chat bot it was a joke. only way i could access the garage during my stay was to wait for someone to go in or out first so i could enter, i never got a good answer on how to access the garage. the unit itself was great, worthy of 4.7 stars, and the rate was attractive, but the overall experience was very aggravating, and i wouldn’t recommend it to a business traveler over 35 years old.

This was the most ridiculous check in process we have ever encountered. Upload photos of your I.D. - front and back. Then center your face in a facial recognition program that was a nightmare to use. We didn’t learn this until after the no refunds booking was made. We wanted to go to a hotel not have our identity checked and rechecked electronically from some owner company in California. Then there is a 5-6 step process with separate web pages to get entrance code, parking info, etc. None of which you can access until 30 minutes before check in time. Extremely inconvenient for out of town guests with appointments. If you have slow cell service forget it. Parking is on the street, not on the property - good thing downtown Denver has zero crime - NOT. The unit was nice but nice enough to ever entice us to return to any Kasa property.

Place was clean but there was no hot water in the bathroom sink an very limited toilet paper an the virtual desk is a joke, parking was a little unclear too but be sides that it’s a ok establishment I’ll come back but for the rite price.

Construction around the property made finding it a bit difficult. I'm sure that will be resolved when the road work is finished. Staff was very helpful by phone when I was having an issue. Electronic entry methods a little confusing at first.

The cleaners were running late, and they didn't text until right before check in. We had to check in an hour later than anticipated. Also, this location is a food desert. No food or drink, not even a liquor store within 1-1/2 miles.

Great Up-and-Coming Property! Everything has a “new” feel and the rooms are very well furnished. The virtual check-in might seem a little intimidating for those accustomed to a traditional hotel check-ins, but it is a very easy and staff are quickly available by phone. I very much like the full amenities these Aparthotels offer as you have far more options. Staff was outstanding with customer service and very accommodating with my request for a picture of Christopher Walken on my nightstand. Absolute ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

The property itself is fine. Getting there is a big hassle because of road construction and google maps only takes you up to the area not around it. We had to figure it out on our own by driving around. The area withing a two block radius is sketchy and didn't feel safe. I was hoping to be able to walk places but with the construction and the activity going on it wasn't feasible. The parking garage is across from the building we stayed in which took a minute to realize as well. We were pretty annoyed by the time we figured everything out. Without all the road construction I think this would have been an ok place to stay.

Beautiful property, communication was excellent. Very noisy next to a train yard. Not much options close by for dining. Had to walk for about 20 minutes or take an Uber to get to restaurants.

Location was perfect! We were there for a Rockies game and Coors Field was within walking distance (0.5 mile). The grounds were getting worked on and are starting to look great! The room was clean and beautiful.

I enjoyed the concept of the hotel. It is like your own apartment. I had some issues but it might be different for each individual. I'm a 75 old women and I wished that they had a grab bar in the tub/shower. Now to be fair, I had great communication with Kasa they were very accommodating on some of my requests. Yes, some items were missing in the room but most were provided once I informed the management. The king bed for my body was very hard, like a dining room table, I asked for a topper but they didn't have anything like that to put on the bed to make it softer. All my concerns and issues were appreciate by Kasa and they thanked me for the report of what I saw in my stay. Would I stay there again, yes!

The apartment was nice and just like the pictures. It was quiet, despite being right next to the light rail. The location has a lot of construction and not any restaurants nearby that you could easily walk to. No connections to public transport nearby. Parking was a bit confusing and I had trouble with getting the garage to open, but it was nice to have paid parking because there was no street parking available. The pool was nice and didn't get too busy until around 2 or 3pm on Saturday. Keyless entry was nice to have. The driveway into the parking lot was always extremely busy and a bit of a mess. Overall was a good stay for an apartment.
