Comfort & Proximity to Downtown and Penn State (STR22-00040)

It was close to campus and clean. The upstairs shower was great! Host was very friendly and attentive when needed assistance.

I will start with what we didn’t like, but it did not matter. The outside is not attractive. The kitchen and family area are quite small, which made it a little tight when we were all together at the house. The house is extremely clean and furniture was in good condition. There was ample hot water for a nice shower. Everyone was comfortable with the beds. There was a good parking area. The location is great for Penn State activities, shopping, and restaurants. Overall it is a good place to stay with ample sleep area for up to 8 adults(with one pair needing to share a room). We only had 5 and it was comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. We primarily used it for sleeping as we were busy elsewhere during the days. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We did not use the kitchen facility so cannot comment on that but the rest of the house was perfect as a place get a good nights sleep and showers with great water pressure. We would stay again if the opportunity arose.
