The complex grounds were very well maintained, parking easy and abundant and the pools were lovely and so enjoyed by all. My only complaint was the squeaky interior doors in the condo that the owner was grateful to hear about and fix for the next guests.

The condo worked well for my family and our friends family. When we initially booked the listing stated that Universal Studios was walkable, 5 to 10 minutes, however that is not the case. It's about a 15-minute Drive, so we ended up having to drive and pay for parking each day. If you're planning on flying in and being able to walk to the parks, that is not an option so plan accordingly. We took a day off from parks to rest and unfortunately the complex swimming pool was closed for renovations so the property management company sent us out of the complex and down the road to a sister property to use. Not sure when the complex swimming pool will be reopened. Not the hosts fault, but it qould have been great to know ahead of time. Finally, it would have been great if the coffee pot was bigger. All four of the adults and one of the teenagers drink coffee and the small coffee pot made it to where we have to make three pots in the morning just so we could all get one cup. Overall, we would definitely book here again but just have slightly different expectations going in.

This property is very spacious and accommodated our family of 8 perfectly. Property was clean and is located near shopping and restaurants as well as a Publix. Disney World is about 10 miles away. Really enjoyed our stay and would pick this property again in the future. Check-in and check-out process was simple. The pool and hot tub were great too!

Great host, great location. Only issue which will get resolved soon was the pool. The pool was down in the part of the complex we stayed. The other pool was not closed convenient at all and very crowded. Host could not control this. I would recommend this place.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean this unit was. It was well prepped and prepared for a group of 8 people. It could sleep 12 having 4 bedrooms. It was quiet. Close enough to Universal and close enough to a Publix to walk to at .4 miles. Our host did an excellent job by us and I would not hesitate to stay at one the units they own or control. I would like to have met them as they seemed so nice in our email and messaging communications. The code access to the complex and the unit worked well. This was my first Vrbo experience but I had young people that knew the ropes better than I did. This seemed like the best way for me to get my immediate family to Universal at the same time. I am sure I will be using Vrbo again,

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Absolutely spotless, comfortable beds. Large and spacious. It was so nice having a full washer and dryer in the unit. Check-in was simple and seamless. We had no issues in our entire week stay. Will absolutely book again.

I was pleasantly surprised on how nice and clean the rental was. The pool was great and the poolside bar made relaxing much easier. The rooms had lots of space so you never felt closed in with a lot of people. The property was just minutes away from Universal. I recommend the drop off or ride shares to get to the Universal parks. Please go around the corner to the brew house and say hi to Wes, he’s a great guy. Only negatives that we encountered was just some of the other people around could be noisy at times but that had nothing to do with the property. This is a great place for a bit of a larger group. Cheers!

My family of 6, all adults, stayed for 5 nights. The property is located close to Universal and was very convenient to a Publix and several restaurants-Beth’s Burger Bar was close and delicious. The beds were comfy, the condo was spacious, everything was great. The only thing that I wish I had known before reserving was that you aren’t allowed to turn the air down lower than 72. We were very uncomfortable when trying to sleep at night due to being so hot. If you are ok with this it is an absolutely perfect place to stay.

It says it’s a 4min walk to Universal Studios which is the reason we booked, IT IS NOT!! It’s a 15min drive and 1hr 50min walk! We had not WiFi for most of our stay, outlets didn’t work, no batteries in the remote control in master, light and fans in some rooms did not work, water for showers never got hot, a hotel size 5 cup coffee maker needs to be full size. We could not control the thermostats because of no WiFi, and contact with the host was extremely poor. Will not book here again.

We had a quick family get away to universal studios, a group of parents, kids, in laws and grandparents. This property was perfect for us, everyone had their own bedrooms, it was well stocked with TP, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, all the things you need for a trip. It was quiet and safe (so important to me!) and the communication with the host was fantastic. We even were able to add on one more night once we got there since we were having so much fun. One of the better VRBO experiences we have had. And we have used vrbo a lot with our large family. We come to Orlando often and will absolutely rebook this place when we come in December if it’s available. Thank you!!

Condo had all the stuff we usually bring or buy Had toilet paper, paper towels, dish cleaners, even laundry soap! We did use our own laundry soap The bedrooms (4) accommodated everyone. Walk in shower in master was nice for our mobility needs. Very close to universal studios - our destination for two days Host was very responsive about our questions. I recommend this condo for your family vacay!

My friends and I had all loved the Vrbo listing here in Orlando. It was easy to get into and the space accomodated all of our needs for our large group. The place was clean, very spacious which helped us all get ready faster when it came to having to go out. The host and cohost were both very nice and helpful with information. If I'm back in the Orlando area, I'll be looking into booking with them again.

The condo was very clean and very near Universal and the convention center. My complaint is that I was told one thing about check-in and check-out and then it was changed. I had asked the host that if I got there 1 1/2 to 2 hours early if I could check in early. He said that I could if no one else had stayed the day before. No one stayed the day before and he did let me check in 1 1/2 hours early but charged me a feed to do so. There was no mention of a charge earlier. In checking out we had planned to wait until 10:30 am because house rules gave you a 30 minute grace period. On day of check out we received a text that we would be charged a substantial fee for every 30 minutes or portion thereof after 10:00 a.m. Also didn't like ring doorbell recording our coming and going as well as our voices. Good place to stay if you are aware of all the rules and are ok with the recording of you coming and going.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed, plates, pots, pans, and utensils, just bring your own food. The location was excellent, close to all the theme parks, outlet mall, and plenty of restaurants. The host was very friendly and quick to respond, which made everything easy and stress-free. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

It was quiet and safe (so important to me!) and the communication with the host was fantastic. We even were able to add on one more night once we got there since we were having so much fun. One of the better VRBO experiences we have had. And we have used vrbo a lot with our large family. We come to Orlando often and will absolutely rebook this place when we come in December if it’s available. Thank you!!

My family of 6, all adults, stayed for 5 nights. The property is located close to Universal and was very convenient to a Publix and several restaurants-Beth’s Burger Bar was close and delicious. The beds were comfy, the condo was spacious, everything was great. The only thing that I wish I had known before reserving was that you aren’t allowed to turn the air down lower than 72. We were very uncomfortable when trying to sleep at night due to being so hot. If you are ok with this it is an absolutely perfect place to stay.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean this unit was. It was well prepped and prepared for a group of 8 people. It could sleep 12 having 4 bedrooms. It was quiet. Close enough to Universal and close enough to a Publix to walk to at .4 miles. Our host did an excellent job by us and I would not hesitate to stay at one the units they own or control. I would like to have met them as they seemed so nice in our email and messaging communications. The code access to the complex and the unit worked well. This was my first Vrbo experience but I had young people that knew the ropes better than I did. This seemed like the best way for me to get my immediate family to Universal at the same time. I am sure I will be using Vrbo again,

The condo worked well for my family and our friends family. When we initially booked the listing stated that Universal Studios was walkable, 5 to 10 minutes, however that is not the case. It's about a 15-minute Drive, so we ended up having to drive and pay for parking each day. If you're planning on flying in and being able to walk to the parks, that is not an option so plan accordingly. We took a day off from parks to rest and unfortunately the complex swimming pool was closed for renovations so the property management company sent us out of the complex and down the road to a sister property to use. Not sure when the complex swimming pool will be reopened. Not the hosts fault, but it qould have been great to know ahead of time. Finally, it would have been great if the coffee pot was bigger. All four of the adults and one of the teenagers drink coffee and the small coffee pot made it to where we have to make three pots in the morning just so we could all get one cup. Overall, we would definitely book here again but just have slightly different expectations going in.

I was pleasantly surprised on how nice and clean the rental was. The pool was great and the poolside bar made relaxing much easier. The rooms had lots of space so you never felt closed in with a lot of people. The property was just minutes away from Universal. I recommend the drop off or ride shares to get to the Universal parks. Please go around the corner to the brew house and say hi to Wes, he’s a great guy. Only negatives that we encountered was just some of the other people around could be noisy at times but that had nothing to do with the property. This is a great place for a bit of a larger group. Cheers!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed, plates, pots, pans, and utensils, just bring your own food. The location was excellent, close to all the theme parks, outlet mall, and plenty of restaurants. The host was very friendly and quick to respond, which made everything easy and stress-free. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment itself is big, bright and beautiful. Lots of space for our party. Beds were comfortable and clean. Apartment had much of the utensils / equipment you would need. The complex is quiet, safe and very well maintained. The pool is salt water and lovely. We also loved the location, very close to Universal hotels so we utilised their free shuttles a lot. Close to grocery stores and excellent restaurants, try Momas and Terneritas steakhouse, great food. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic condo for families. Very close to Epic and not far from the other two Universal Parks. Host was a good communicator. We didn’t access any outside amenities, but I’m sure they are great. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay, we were able to get in a little bit early and she accommodated that very well. She did forget to leave some laundry soap for us but came back diligently the next day and remembered on her own that she forgot so that was very much appreciated. She is very attentive and will answer if you have any questions. I highly recommend this place it is very convenient and the facility was very clean.
