Excellent place to stay with great amenities, loved the private boat launch, Everything was clean & neat upon arrival. Loved the pier & boat house, must have been wrong of time of year for catching any white perch in the cutout on the pier. But still had fun catching some small catfish. Overall this is an excellent place to stay!!

The men went on a fishing trip, my husband really enjoyed it. The fishing dock was very nice and big my grandson stayed out there fishing. We all spent the day at the water park and enjoyed it. The market basket store was a nice grocery store had everything I forgot.Perfect location!

The house is absolutely stunning, clean and has everything you need. The owners are very quick to respond which was nice! After a day on the water we would come back and catch sacalait off the dock! Beautiful sunsets and plenty of fish to catch right at the house if you don’t have a boat. We can’t wait to book our next trip there!!! Thanks for the great experience

We were in town for the high school bass tournament. The house was perfect for our needs. Extremely clean and well stocked. The boat launch was great and the house was close to San Miguel for us to go by boat. We will be back next year!

This house was perfect for 3 couples. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciate rentals that provide trash bags, paper products and spices. The view from the deck is amazing. However, the best part of this house is the fishing on the dock. We caught bass, catfish, bream and tons of perch. Everyone loved the house and said their beds were comfy. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This house was beautiful & beautifully decorated. Check in was easy, very clean & had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The fishing dock is roomy we caught about 50 sacalait during our stay.

The property was very nice and clean. The light on the dock for fishing at night didn’t work which was a bummer. They need directions on how to work the living room TV. We never could figure it out.

This was our 2nd stay at Sunset Paradise. Everything about the house, property and boat dock is in excellent condition. The host, Deavon, does an excellent job with communicating and quick with responses about questions or concerns. Perfect stay at a perfect place!

We were very impressed with this property, Great location and well maintained home and pier. The photos do not do it justice. The sunsets are beautiful and you do not need a boat to catch fish! The grandchildren had a blast. We could have sat on the porch looking out at the Lake another week. The home is beautifully decorated, well stocked with great products and the linens are top of the line. It is a very quiet area, and we felt safe. We definitely recommend Sunset Paradise and will be our first choice for accommodations on our next trip to Toledo Bend.

It was a perfect Sr trip for my son and his son to celebrate his High School graduation. It was his request to stay at this home to fish at Toledo Bend! From check in to check out and everything in between it was a great trip for them. Home and property is very clean, the lake view is awesome, comfortable beds and stocked with everything you need! This property is everything as described and more!!! Very clean, comfortable and very well equipped! Everything about this place is awesome! The boat launch next door and the beautiful covered pier are just an added benefit!!! Caught fish right off pier! We love it and will definitely be back!
