This is a lovely place within walking distance of the beach. Great host. Very responsive. Clean and we'll kitted out. Everything you'll need for a fun Nokomis Beach stay.

Great location, quiet neighborhood close to beach and food.

Van is very friendly and welcoming. As always the rental is clean and neat. Close to the beach and manu good restaurants.

It was horrible. It was worse than camping! We have never used VRBO and we will never again. I was taking a shower and the septic tank was filling my shower with raw sewage absolutely disgusting and a health hazard. We had to go to Publix to go to the bathroom. We stayed 4 nights then had to leave 7/28 due to the sewage backup so no toilet, shower, sink, wash, could not use any water. We told host Gary/Van he offered us no refund. We paid for 12 nights only could stay 4 with the poop filling up the bathtub. Horror !
