If you are in the area for say a concert at the cavern’s or just doing some hiking or outdoors activities, this place is perfect. Small full kitchen, most everything you need at your disposal. The place was clean and well maintained. Loved our stay!

This cottage was exactly what I was looking for. Great location for hiking trails. Right off the road. Very clean, very stocked with the basics. At check in, I struggled getting the door unlocked. The property manager stopped and helped me. Super helpful!

I was in town to run the Savage Marathon. The race start/finish was only 10 minutes down the road. This cabin was the perfect place for me. It was a great size, quiet, private, and had everything I needed to cook a few meals and clean up after the race. Stopped by the Greeter Grill after the race and had a great burger and fries. I love camping at Savage Gulf Preserve but this is a perfect option when I’m not feeling up to camping.

Our room was exceptionally clean, the recliners comfortable, and the complimentary coffee much appreciated! I would recommend staying here if you are in the area to explore the numerous nearby hiking trails or to attend a concert at The Caverns. We will be staying here again!

Just a minute away from Greeter Falls, this little place was perfect for our stay in the area. We visited Greeter, Foster and Savage Falls while in Altamont. We drove to Monteagle to eat, and everything was easily reachable and accessible. The rental had everything we needed for coffee and cooking supper while there. Nice, clean and well stocked! Thank you so much!

This is our second time to stay here and both have been great! Such a nice, new, clean, quiet property close to all the hikes we love and music at the close by Caverns! They do a great job of sticking all the essentials and are easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the little cabin/tiny house at Greeter Falls Lodge! Had everything we needed and was a wonderful rest, able to go to the Caverns for music at night and go to all the hikes in the area during the day! The bonus was that we were able to bring our dogs along, which was just amazing (and critical for our choosing the Lodge to stay). Appreciate it and recommend it to all!

A friend and I took a day-cation to visit Greeter Falls. The cottage was just minutes from the trailhead, and the waterfall did not disappoint! The hike was easy/moderate, the rock formations were spectacular, and the water was a crystal clear bluish-green that you don’t typically see in Tennessee! We drove up early for the hike, drove into Monteagle for a early dinner at Mountain Goat Market which had phenomenal food (sandwiches, desserts, and a cute gift shop), and then headed to the cottage to relax for the night before heading home the next morning The cottage was perfect. Easy to find. Very modern. Extremely clean. The kitchen was well-stocked. The bathroom was generously stocked with all your needs (just bring your toothbrush and toothpaste). And the beds were comfortable. It will comfortably sleep four. There’s a queen bed in the bedroom and bunks just outside the door by the bathroom. Each bunk has a reading light and up-to-date plugs the have usb charger ports. I highly recommend the cottage! And communication with Joe was simple and seamless.

The place was wonderful, so spacious with a well appointed kitchen. Very clean and the drive to The Caverns was ideal, very short and easy. The owner was also very friendly. I can't wait to stay here again next time I visit TN to see music at The Caverns.

Nice little place, beds weren’t very comfortable and a little small for our liking. Floors needed some cleaning when we arrived and the host was very quick to offer us a partial refund on the cleaning fee.

The property was very clean, comfortable, updated and quiet. Neighboring town of Monteagle was nice with a good variety of restaurant options, but everything there is a country mile kind of drive. Laid back and easy vibes which was actually what we needed. Pretty close to outdoor activities and senic parks. Host was very responsive and we had no problems at all. About 30 mins from The Caverns which we ultimately went there for, to see a rock show in a cave ! Check out a show if you go. Definitely worth it

My husband and I had a great stay here for several nights. The cottage was super clean, very well stocked, and a quaint getaway close to hiking trails and waterfalls. Joe was very accommodating, flexible, and friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we visit this area in the future.

The hosts were lovely and kind AND gave us a great recommendation for dinner (Hank's Place) and the cabin itself was very nicely decorated (loved the cow painting over the bed!) It was very clean and had comfortable beds. Although we did not cook, we noticed that the kitchen was well stocked. It was off the beaten track but if you are going hiking or want quiet peaceful surroundings--perfect!

My son , a friend and I stayed here overnight for a Dirt bike training class. The place was very peaceful, and clean. The owner was very attentive and nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and it had everything we needed. We will stay here again and highly recommend if you are in the area.

The property was very clean, comfortable, updated and quiet. Neighboring town of Monteagle was nice with a good variety of restaurant options, but everything there is a country mile kind of drive. Laid back and easy vibes which was actually what we needed. Pretty close to outdoor activities and senic parks. Host was very responsive and we had no problems at all. About 30 mins from The Caverns which we ultimately went there for, to see a rock show in a cave ! Check out a show if you go. Definitely worth it

This cottage was exactly what I was looking for. Great location for hiking trails. Right off the road. Very clean, very stocked with the basics. At check in, I struggled getting the door unlocked. The property manager stopped and helped me. Super helpful!

I was in town to run the Savage Marathon. The race start/finish was only 10 minutes down the road. This cabin was the perfect place for me. It was a great size, quiet, private, and had everything I needed to cook a few meals and clean up after the race. Stopped by the Greeter Grill after the race and had a great burger and fries. I love camping at Savage Gulf Preserve but this is a perfect option when I’m not feeling up to camping.

I stayed here for 2 night while attending a conference at the Beersheba Springs Assembly (which was all booked up). So glad I did! It’s so close to the Greeters Falls trailhead (5 min drive)! I hope to visit the area again someday soon. Maybe even an annual trip for the conference. Thanks for hosting this gem of a place!
