Great location close to the beach and shops. Nice outdoor areas and plenty of space in house.

A great location close to local amenities - everything we needed onsite. Perhaps just a little close to the road.

The villa was lovely, as described and decorated to a high level. The outdoor space is great, with lots of seating areas and a great pool. Although the pool faces the main road, it wasn’t an issue and still felt private. The Villa is walkable to a number of shops and the marina, as well as a bus stop to take you to Palma. Unfortunately during our stay the air con system was not working properly, Marco came to check it the day after we raised the issue and confirmed it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. He brought us two additional fans to use in the bedrooms however with an 8 month baby this was not ideal. The BBQ was also not working throughout our stay, and was only fixed on our 2nd last night which meant we were unable to enjoy a bbq meal. The Villa was cleaned but not checked before we checked in. We had to ask Marco for more glassware and to tell him there were not enough sunbeds for the number of people the Villa can accommodate. Check in was 4pm, but when we arrived the cleaning team were still there and didn’t finish until half past 4. We were advised by Marco that the owner would compensate us for our issues, however it has now been over a month and we are yet to receive a response which is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We’ve been holding off posting our review as had hoped to resolve our issues privately, however unfortunately this has not been the case.

Lovely property, decorated modern and clean. Location is very good, and the back garden is so relaxing and tranquil, the hammock was a great addition! Everything there you need from a large smart tv to Mallorca guides. Few negatives, the beds were lovely and comfortable but the duvets do not fit! There were two singles on a double bed, obviously sleeping together was not comfortable as we kept loosing the duvet. The pillows could do with being bigger and softer, and no instructions left, ie: how to use the tv, cooker, washing machine, and where the rubbish goes. Obviously we worked it out but when your paying what we paid you would expect these. The Wi-Fi is good and very convenient having Netflix! The cleanness was good but on arrival a few of the bins were not emptied from the previous guests. My favourite area was definitely the garden, very well landscaped. Did not venture in the pool as it was not warm enough and it is quite shaded, obviously not a problem in the height of season. But looked clean and plenty of sun beds. There is also a bbq area with a sofa and lighting, we did not use it but again was clean. The host was responding well to my watzap messages before we arrived, but we did ask a few questions that were never answered, obviously not a big issue, but again, this was not a cheap place to stay! One of the local places we loved was the Anchor bar, lovely coffee and breakfast, and very friendly helpful staff. The harbour is a walk away, but beware there is a steep hill which is fine walking down, but not so fine walking up! Lovely restaurants here, and beautiful boats to admire. Overall it was a very nice, clean villa. In a very good location.
