Beautiful Lakehouse on Pineview Reservoir near 3 ski resorts

Great location, convenient to Snowbasin and comfortable!

Love this location, have stayed here before. The home is awesome and the hosts are great. The home has lots of amenities, it’s clean and well taken care of. It’s well equipped with everything you need. The community has wonderful amenities and it’s close to a small beach on the reservoir. No complaints!

Deb is a great host. We had a death in the family, and Deb allowed us to reschedule our arrival date at the last minute. That was really appreciated. The size of the property fit our needs really well as did the location. However, there were several areas that really didn't make our stay as enjoyable as we had expected. The barbeque was not usable. It hadn't been cleaned and wasn't worth trying to scrape off the burned-on food. The fire pit didn't have any propane so by the time we tried to use it (last night of our stay) we couldn't. The hot tub was nice when we first started using it on the second afternoon of our stay, but once the jets were turned on it became unsafe to use. This was a big priority for our selecting the property (as was the fire pit and barbeque), so it was really disappointing. The TVs in the lower-level bedroom and upper-level bedroom only allow for streaming, however neither would connect to Prime or Netflix and all that was available was Pandora. There were some minor but obvious cleanliness problems that should have been addressed by the cleaners but weren't. Overall, it could have been a fun place to stay, but it wasn't.

Wonderful stay! We had three generations and the house was perfect for all of us. The rooms were comfortable, great location, and had a fantastic kitchen. And the hot tub was awesome! Excellent place that I’d recommend to anyone!

Excellent host! The home has everything our group needed for our trip. Very comfortable and plenty of room for kids and adults to spread out. I would definitely book again.
