Everything was very clean. The house was well stocked and organized. The host was absolutely wonderful with communication and answering any questions I had. When you check in, there's a binder of great information that lets you know places nearby, such as restaurants, things to do and everything you need for check out. The beach is a short walk from the house. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I will definitely rent from Jake again in the future. Out of several rentals I reached out to, Jake was by far the best!

Cozy house very close to the lake. All amenities were just as described. Just minites from Headlands Beach. Locals were all very friendly and very proud of their slice of heaven!

House was super clean, well stocked. Just minutes away from the beach which was perfect for my group of friends and me. Great neighborhood, very friendly. Host was very communicative. Would definitely book again in the future!
