Private Suite & Bath Minutes from Downtown Houston

The host provided clear instructions on how to get in and out. The room was as expected, and it was nice having the mini fridge and microwave. A couple of downsides: (1) the ceiling fan was making a fairly loud squeaking noise, so be careful if you're sensitive to sound and also want the ceiling fan on; (2) the shower water would not get hot, it would only get to slightly below body temp, so it felt cool, but not frigid cold.

Cheap and close to areas. Listing shows a gym-there is a cross fit gym across the street but not on site. Other renters may be upstairs in other rooms. Overall cheap and easy with everything needed. No TV in room but not a big deal if you plan to only sleep and shower in the room and do other things.

I stayed at this property for two days, and was attending a conference at the GEORGE R BROWN convention Center in Houston. The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Had a nice washroom with shower and closet. And it was very easy to get to. The neighborhood seemed quite safe and I walked to the convention both days. In the morning I stopped at Brothers taco shop for breakfast and the food. There is absolutely amazing. It takes about 15 minutes door-to-door to the convention center. Highly recommended and very good value. The host is very accommodating, she went out of her way to make sure that everything went well.

Nice room, smaller than expected but clean and only to 25 min walking distance to Dainkin Park, the area feels safe although is very empty when walking in the street. The only thing is that doesn’t have a TV as mentioned in the post.

It was a nice and quiet room in a nice and quiet neighborhood in Houston, recommended.
