Newly updated historic building. Great renovation, everything was new, super clean, well stocked, great location. Allowed our three well behaved dogs, much thanks! Had our kids up to 8 and 3 dogs hanging out and enough room. We will definitely look for again when we return.

Nice recently remodeled apartment. Looks just like the pictures. Parking was super convenient and the place had everything to make it feel like home. The only con for my family was the bathroom being very small. 3 females sharing one small bathroom was a bit challenging at times, but we made it work! We could hear every step from the apartment above us, but we didn’t let that bother us. We enjoyed the super soft beds and nice linens. This place had better appliances than any rental I’ve ever stayed in before! My only recommendation is more places to hang towels, jackets, and purses. Other than that, the place had everything! Thanks for letting us stay!

We had a 5 day stay in the apt! Check in was easy and the property was wonderful and extremely clean. Neighborhood very quiet and property owner had the apt. well stocked with everything you need. The location was close to the outlets, gaming and Trader's World! We had an issue with one of the TV's and we got to meet Dave who responsed promptly to our request. Dave and Dawn made sure we had a 5 Star experience!!! Offstreet Parking was a bonus! We highly recommend this property when visiting the area! Corliss & Ron - Ohio

My sister and I had a great time during our “walk down memory lane”, while in Monroe. We were there to visit with family and to see the spectacular Total Solar Eclipse. We were very comfortable staying in your immaculate condo. We found it to be well located, as well as very clean and well appointed. We would definitely book this property again.

We stayed here while attending the Western & Southern Open in Mason. We were there only for sleeping, but the home was perfect. Clean comfortable and convenient. Well stocked with towels. Kitchen had everything you would need if you wished to cook. Had dinner at the Thai restaurant 3 blocks away. Definitely would stay here again.

We were in town for a sports tournament and stumbled upon this amazing VRBO right near the sports complex. It was super convenient and also close to all the best food and entertainment spots. The VRBO had everything a family could ever need, no matter how long we were there. The host was super responsive and easy to talk to, and they made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

They have thought of everything in this unit. Unit is very nice, clean, comfortable, close to highway. Stayed here for Christmas in Ohio with family. Plenty of room for all them. Property manager was quick to reply when we had any questions and very helpful. We'll stay here again when we come into town to visit family. A++

We recently stayed at this apartment for the VOA concert. It was in close proximity to the country festival and close to the Monroe outlets. The place was clean, cute, and all around a great place to stay. We look forward to staying here again next year for the VOA country festival.

Great rental with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We were in town for a soccer showcase at both Warren Co. and VOA soccer complexes so this location was perfect for us. The rental has everything you need to cook during your stay and the host has all the little extras on hand as well. We will make sure to book again when we are back in town!

We stayed here while attending the Western & Southern Open in Mason. We were there only for sleeping, but the home was perfect. Clean comfortable and convenient. Well stocked with towels. Kitchen had everything you would need if you wished to cook. Had dinner at the Thai restaurant 3 blocks away. Definitely would stay here again.

My sister and I had a great time during our “walk down memory lane”, while in Monroe. We were there to visit with family and to see the spectacular Total Solar Eclipse. We were very comfortable staying in your immaculate condo. We found it to be well located, as well as very clean and well appointed. We would definitely book this property again.

Clean, comfortable, great neighborhood. We stayed here to see my daughter graduate from Miami University - about 40 minutes away but not a bad drive - and much more reasonably priced!

What a nice place to stay! Everything we could have asked for was there. The kitchen and bathroom were especially well equipped. We loved the view of lights at night. It was also pet friendly for walking our dog.

Adorable, beautifully decorated, cozy apartment in the perfect location. Close to everything but off the main road. Quiet neighborhood. Beds are so comfy!!! I slept hard. Stacking washer and dryer, so many amenities and extras! I would definitely book this apartment again when I come through town.

The property was nice but the upstairs guests were extremely loud and ruined our trip. We will never book an apartment through vrbo after this experience because we wont risk this happening again. We complained, a lot but there was nothing they could do.
