'Breeze By the Pool' Chula Vista Home w/ Game Room

Everything was a "Breeze"! Sabrina's property was spacious, cleanliness was immaculate, amenities was prompt and functional. My family was at ease and would love to stay again. 5 star all around

This house is in a great location and is spacious. Super convenient to everywhere we wanted to go including grocery shopping. There were more than enough beds for everyone and we appreciated the electronic door system to enter the house. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers, but there are no dressers for additional clothing storage in rooms 2-4. If you’re sensitive to overhead lighting, please also note that there are no lamp options for softer evening lighting. There were plenty of towels, but not as many washcloths. We visited during the month of June and while the evenings were typically cooler, the days were warm which caused the house to be hot and stuffy. The air conditioning is not within the control of the guests and must be requested to be turned on each time. While the host was always accommodating, this was inconvenient during a vacation. Arriving home after a long day of exploring to a warm house is frustrating. It should also be noted that the pool is not heated. The queen bed in room 1 is extremely soft so if you hate a soft mattress, don’t sleep there. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware. The ice maker doesn’t work so be sure to pick some up if you need ice during your stay. We loved that there was plenty of outdoor seating in a cozy private area. Overall, the house is nice but just needs a little maintenance in some areas.
