Great location, all amenities - exactly what was described. We found back courtyard lovely but dog had to use grass so we had to take her outside property for her breaks. Being medium sized perhaps smaller dog would manage better.

Great location with short walking distance to the beach, park, shops and restaurants. Property has a large covered outdoor area which makes up for the small lounge and dining room inside. One of the rare pet friendly properties that allowed us to stay with two large dogs. The dogs could stay inside and share the floor and laze around out back. We definitely enjoyed our stay😃

We were close to Jimmy’s and Bennetts beach. The bathroom is a good size and clean. The kitchen is quite small and would improve with a dishwasher. Great to have wifi and a chrome cast to stream services. The only negative thing we found was the couch is uncomfortable. Aside from that small issue would highly recommend this accommodation. Well worth the price, for the accommodation, location and garden.

We found Salty Crew Villa a fantastic stay in the middle of Hawks Nest. Very clean and well appointed inside and the outside covered area was peaceful and relaxing. Six minute walk to Bennetts Beach (the ocean beach), ten minutes walk to Jimmy's Beach (Port Stephens beach) and five minutes walk to the local shops made this location ideal. We will certainly stay here again.

The property was great. Lots of nice additions with board games, dvds, boogie boards etc. Most dog friendly place we've ever stayed at. Hawks Nest is a great location. Tracey was very responsive when the cleaner had not left us towels or made one of the beds. My only slight criticism is that I needed to clean a lot of the cutlery, crockery, glasses etc (although this is not unusual in holiday rentals), and there was a lot of dog hair (a symptom of the house being so dog friendly, but as ours doesn't shed it wasn't his!). I would still recommend it and would stay there again.

We chose this property because we needed pet friendly. It surpassed my expectations . There was no pet odours at all. The villa was incredibly clean all rooms were just like our own home and we felt so comfortable. Seriously couldn't have asked for more. No question, we will return it was outstanding. If our dog could rate the property it would be a paws up !

We had a wonderful time at the Salty Crew Villa. My friend and l had not seen each other in 23 years so a catch up was extremely necessary. It was warm and inviting and so quiet, even my dog enjoyed the stay. The Villa is very clean and well stocked with everything necessary for a comfortable getaway. This was the first time we'd taken our puppy, Mabel on holidays and as we live in an apartment she loved havin her own backyard. She was tormented by the large ginger cat that lived next door but she handled herself well. The air conditioning was a godsend as it was a very hot couple of days.

Salty Crew Villa have us exactly what we wanted. A place to relax and spend time together with our Border Collie - Kellie. The villa was equipped with everything we needed. The garden was beautiful, the yard enclosed for our dog and it is located close to shops, food and most importantly beaches. Tracey was great to deal with and check in was easy. My partner and I have just spent a weekend in this lovely cottage and we absolutely loved it. Cozy, lots of little lovely details that the host has thought of, clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, lovely yard, and a very close walk to the beach, local shops, etc. We would certainly stay there again.
