Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a nice home. However, the property was not clean, and we found continuous things that needed to be done. There were not enough towels in the home to support a home of its size. Floors were sticky. Chips were under the island that were never swept up from the previous tenants , were bugs in corners that obviously the cleaning was not done prior bed so comforter were worn to the point it look like someone slept in them. One of the upstairs bedroom had blood red dye on the comforter, which clearly indicates that they do not wash them.

Was perfect for our group of 4 guys on a golf trip. Great area, close to Sawgrass. The food and entertainment options in the area were fantastic.

Unfortunately, this property was not as advertised… We overlooked some of the negative reviews because we needed a heated pool. Upon arriving, there was a toilet sitting in the yard, and when we open the doors, the smell of dirt and grime was so overwhelming we had to open all the windows and doors and try to clean the house ourselves. None of the TVs worked, and several of the electrical outlets were inoperable. The pool ended up not being heated, and had leaves & large rocks in the bottom of it so the kids didn’t even swim. You can tell there were minor efforts to remodel the master bathroom and change all the carpet. However, this house has clearly just been neglected for years and needs a deep deep, clean, to paint and fix broken cabinets and outdated, electronics, and etc. I would not recommend staying at this home.

Many aspects of home were less than expected- Very worn, frayed towels, and few of them Less than bare minimum of dishwasher soap and garbage bags (we had to improvise) Kitchen cupboards not clean Poor WiFi - cut out when several were using A number of outlets simply didn’t work Blinds in master bedroom not fully functional Washer not clean at all Just an overall deep clean and some upgrades on the above items would greatly enhance this home.
