It was a perfect location to Horatio and Little River Country Club. It was only 20 minutes away.

Stayed 3 nights

This property did the job for a recent work trip. We liked the spacious kitchen and loved how responsive our host Rebecca was. I appreciated the fenced-in backyard for my dog. The road was too close and speed limit too high for him to use the front yard. Some things to keep in mind: - The water tastes like dirt, so bring some water jugs. A local told me there are 2 aquifers; 1 is okay and the other is worse (what this property has) - The open shower layout, while modern, lets water splash out all over the floor. Luckily there were extra towels to mop up the floor. - We found 3 bee/wasp nests outside the two entrances. They weren't huge, likely because the property is well maintained, but it's likely an ongoing issue due to many available nooks and crannies. - The pet fee is $150, not $125 due to Evolve's hidden fees.

Nice and somewhat private location. There are no other houses near except for a barn looking thing. Pretty quiet other than occasional noise from cars that pass by on the road that’s in front of the house. It isn’t a busy road though. House is pretty well equipped with essentials and non essential items. Beds and pillows are comfy. We choose this house because it is close enough to the crater of diamonds state park and it is pet friendly. So the fenced in backyard is a huge plus for our fur babies. You do pay extra for them like anywhere else the welcome pets. So it would have been nice to have some pet items available. At least a water bowl in the backyard. Nice and attentive host.Overall a nice stay for us. We would consider staying here again if we’re in the area.
