The property was as advertised. Very spacious and clean.The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal. The house was close to Restaurants, Grocery Stores and Gas. I would definitely stay at this property again. Edgar was the best. I had asked if I could check in early and he said yes!. Thanks sooooo much for letting us check in early!

It was fine don’t expect a luxury home. Air conditioner is amazing so is the water pressure. List a king bed no king bed. Edgar was very good host check in was smooth. Great place if you just need a home base.

This is a nice property. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms this enabled us to have enough separate space for three brothers and their wives (all over 60 years old). The upstairs shower not associated with the main suite had a low flow. The home was nice and suitable but was starting to show its age. It could use a few more glassware such as drinking glasses and wine glasses. It could use a little touch up on the walls and floors, but it met our needs to stay together. It was a good location for a wedding venue outside of Tampa. The host was very prompt in answering our questions. This was an excellent value for a family to stay together.

My dad and I really enjoyed our stay. We were in the area to attend a couple events and this location was conveniently located between them. The neighborhood was nice and quiet; for the number of vehicles parked in driveways and on the streets we saw very few people out walking around.Edgar, our host was very helpful in every way and replied almost instantly to our messages.The only negative issue I had was there were dirty clothes left over from a previous occupant. I’m sure it was just an oversight during cleaning and it certainly wasn’t something to make a big deal about.Overall it was a great place to stay and we will likely consider it again.

The property was not clean in fact my wife had to wash the bathroom carpets, so our feet stayed clean. The coffee pot was black inside and had to be scrubbed before use. The upstairs floor was dangerous in that the owner attempted to replace his flooring but did an extremely poor job to the point it was lifting and near the steps was unsafe. We did contact Vrbo and the owner but with little success. We left 2 days early. This property is not as advertised. I do not recommend it at all and I have used Vrbo before and had great success. This property is not up to their standards.

The property was overall very nice, but needs some updating as far as the rugs needing to be replaced. Very old and stained. The mattresses can be updated as well. The size of the beds also did not match with what it said the house was supposed to have. The sheets and comforters should be updated also. One bed was a queen and supposed to be 2 queen and one king.
