Cozy basement apartment close to Denver downtown.

Everything is exactly how pictured. Host was super friendly! Overall a great place for a quick stay.

Overall happy with this experience. Was disappointed we were only left one towel for four guests! But the space was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and reasonably priced. Would stay again and request more towels!

Stayed one night and left the following morning. Was not aware when booking that there were unsafe spots in the flooring where the floor is caving in. The pillows were dirty and not up to standards for a vacation rental. The TVs in the home do not work. Upon arriving, I had no combination for the lockbox. I was then told by the neighbor staying upstairs that the keys were just hanging in the door and had been for two days. That didn't really make us feel very safe. I do appreciate being credited back my cleaning fee. However, I would not stay here again as I did not complete my stay to begin with.

Plenty of room, very clean and organized. Oven did not work in the stove unfortunately. Otherwise all was great.
