Ginger and Joe are wonderful. Communication was outstanding. The property was great. They have everything you need for a family. CRIBS, baby monitor, high chair, toys. Kitchen fully stock. Beds are amazing. The is pool is large and clean and so inviting. I family was in pool full 4days. Thank you so much for your home it my our stay even more memorable.

The property and has was even more amazing in person! Large fully fenced yard, lawn area, pool, and hot tub. On the same property as the owners but still secluded enough that you don’t feel like you’re a bother to anyone. Easy parking, full amenities throughout the house, cannot wait to stay again!

Ginger and Joe are the nicest people. We stayed for 6 nights and it was perfect. There's literally everything you need in the house to cook. Spices are well stocked, the knives actually are sharp and we had every pot or pan you could imagine. The pool is huge and all yours when you stay there. I have not one complaint about our stay. We have already booked our next trip. Absolutely the best, cleanest, rental we have booked. Close to everything but when you're at the house you feel far away. It's very private and quiet. We have been booking a vacation for the last 20 years, twice a year, and this is the best. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Thanks Ginger and Joe!

This rental is amazing. We had such a great time while we stayed here. The house is beautiful, very clean ,smelled great and all the little touches make it feel very homey and relaxing. The yard is huge and beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The owners were great!! Anything we needed they were right there to help out. They went up and beyond to make sure our time there was great and it was. My only complaint and suggestion would be that it says that it has 3 beds 2 queens and a king, but it only has 1king and 1 queen bed. The other bed is a queen air mattress. Just something to keep in mind. Other then that this house is definitely worth renting and would definitely do it again. 😁. Thanks Joe and Ginnger for all the help and for letting enjoy your beautiful home💕 Thank u Stacey

Everything about this property is great, they have thought of everything. Wonderful AC, important in the Sac area. Fully equipped kitchen. Really clean. Comfortable beds. The pool is giant and so is the hot tub, also both very clean and such a treat for the Sacramento heat. It was very quiet. I felt safe, important for a person traveling alone. I would stay again.

I cannot say enough about this VRBO. This place has every amenity. It also had a fully stocked kitchen so we were able to save of take out. Even the parking was a dream! The pool was amazing, the house is a place we will definitely stay again. Ginger, one of the owners, was so kind and helpful. Her husband was also friendly and helpful. Attention was given to anything we needed. If you have a chance to stay here, take it!

Me and my daughters had a great time staying here! Very clean, completely furnished and stocked. Even had laundry detergent and some basic cooking ingredients available. The pool and hot tub we didn’t stay out of. Lol! Overall 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay again!

This property was such a delightful experience!! We were so comfortable and relaxed from the moment we walked in the door. The house is incredibly clean, inviting, and cozy! The kitchen was awesome and fully stocked with spices, oils, and plenty of cookware. This was fantastic as it allowed for us to make home-cooked meals and spend some much needed quality time together. We enjoyed the large variety of games and activities provided by the hosts, including puzzles and board games. The backyard is absolutely incredible!!! It is so beautifully maintained and peaceful. It is easy to forget you are in the middle of the city when you’re relaxing in such a peaceful environment. It is apparent that Ginger and Joseph put tons of effort into making this property feel like your home away from home! They are incredibly responsive, flexible, and understanding. And they truly go the extra mile with every little detail that adds the perfect touch to an already beautiful home. We absolutely plan to return to this property whenever we visit the area again and we will highly recommend it to anyone who is in search of an amazing place to stay while in the area.

From check in to check out it was the best experience. The house is super clean, with everything you could possibly need on vacation. The back yard is amazing with all of the fruit trees. It was so nice at the end of the day to swim in the crystal clear pool. I did meet the host they were very friendly and polite. If I'm back in the area again, this is where I would want to stay.

We feel fortunate to have found this place that is more like a resort stay because it is set up to provide comfort in every way. Throughout the house, the furniture and decorative elements show the owners' pride in their work. We felt that all was arranged to please us. House was as described and as shown in the photos. It was very relaxing and enjoyable, and had great books if you are a reader. It’s in a super accessible location and that was great for us. We needed to be out and about each day driving to other parts of the northeastern Sacramento County area. Overall, we were very happy with this home which was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen.

Great hosts and the property is accurate as described in the pictures. We stayed here for a 2 day volleyball tournament in Roseville. Very quiet and perfect for 2 families to share. Nice pool and nice amenities provided by the host. We will definitely book this property again when in the area.

The cottage was wonderfully decorated, the beds comfortable and the grounds fantastic. We had a fun time sitting around the pool in the sun while our dinner cooked on the outside grill. When the rainy weather drove us inside, the huge tv and cozy family room was great. Ginger and Joe were terrific hosts that were so quick to respond to any communications. They gave great directions to get to the cottage. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Even found a Leatherby's Ice Cream shop just down the street which my husband loved!!!!

Dad wanted to take the train and to spend a weekend with "just his kids" away from spouses, grandkids, jobs, pets, etc. We came from CA, WA, & UT, and Dad suggested the Sacramento area. The cottage was perfect for the 4 of us. When we first pulled up we were afraid of not having much privacy as the front house seemed closer than the photos show, but we walked in the front door and all worry washed away. There was plenty of space in the house, which felt like a Bottery Barn catalog it was so beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The back yard is huge and we spent lots of time playing games on the patio, and in the family room. We also enjoyed using the fire pit on our last night as the evenings were nice and cool. Joe and Ginger were quick to respond to any messages and being in the front house came quickly to help with any problems. There were not many negatives and none of them were enough to drop stars from my review. We had trouble with the hot tub not functioning properly, but got to use it without jets and Joe did his best to trouble shoot (pump was sucking air and malfunctioning). We found a couple repairs in the house needing like a leaking shower nozzle, but nothing that kept us from having fun and may be fixed by the time the next tennants come, as we alerted the owners. If I am in the area again I would love to come back.

This house was perfect for our family of 5 (kids aged 3, 8, 15). We enjoyed the toys, games and PIANO!! Everything we needed was available- and while the house is off a busy street- due to the location on the property you don’t hear any noise. It’s really wonderful. Best of all-the linens!! There are really nice sheets on all of the beds. And the towels for the bathrooms are so fluffy and luxurious. More like a luxury hotel. We all agreed that we would stay here again. Even the ornery 15 year old.

Internet wasn’t great but it did the job and that didn’t really matter because we were there to enjoy the pool anyway. We didn’t have any parties but it was really nice to be able to have some friends come and go occasionally to enjoy the pool without worrying what the hosts may say, or charge, to do so (not typically with most home rentals). I never say this, but with this place I will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

We travelled to Folsom for a short trip to enjoy some of the local museums and activities before school started again. The pool was wonderful after the hot summer days and the house is beautiful. We travelled to Folsom for a short trip to enjoy some of the local museums and activities before school started again. The pool was wonderful after the hot summer days and the house is beautiful. We had such a great time at this house! Ginger was very accommodating and kind and answered any needs or questions we had right away! We have two kids and there was plenty of toys for them to play with as well as games and other activities. We’ve never stayed at a more stocked vrbo and it was so convenient because we had other family visit us there and we were able to make dinner and spend the day at the house. The house is also across from a really lovely park that we went to and the kids really enjoyed. The house was very spacious for our family and the jacuzzi was nice and hot. Really great experience!

Ginger and Joe are the nicest people. We stayed for 6 nights and it was perfect. There's literally everything you need in the house to cook. I cannot say enough about this VRBO. This place has every amenity. It also had a fully stocked kitchen so we were able to save of take out. Even the parking was a dream! The pool was amazing, the house is a place we will definitely stay again. Ginger, one of the owners, was so kind and helpful. Her husband was also friendly and helpful. Attention was given to anything we needed. If you have a chance to stay here, take it!

I can’t say enough about the owners and the property. Ginger and Joe have thought of absolutely everything you could need to have a pleasant stay. House was as described and as shown in the photos. It was very relaxing and enjoyable, and had great books if you are a reader. It’s in a super accessible location and that was great for us. We needed to be out and about each day driving to other parts of the northeastern Sacramento County area. Overall, we were very happy with this home which was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen.

Great hosts and the property is accurate as described in the pictures. We stayed here for a 2 day volleyball tournament in Roseville. Very quiet and perfect for 2 families to share. Nice pool and nice amenities provided by the host. We will definitely book this property again when in the area.

The cottage was wonderfully decorated, the beds comfortable and the grounds fantastic. We had a fun time sitting around the pool in the sun while our dinner cooked on the outside grill. When the rainy weather drove us inside, the huge tv and cozy family room was great. Ginger and Joe were terrific hosts that were so quick to respond to any communications. They gave great directions to get to the cottage. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Even found a Leatherby's Ice Cream shop just down the street which my husband loved!!!!

I really enjoyed this property. I did not realize it was behind other home or off a main road and a little difficult to find. I think we passed it 3x before locating. But oh boy, once we did find it, it was like a hidden gem. There were personal touches throughout the home, a lot of good books and games and fantastic backyard! Must say wouldn't mind coming back for another visit! Beds were super comfy which is always important! So other than passing it 3x and having to go behind a house this is a perfect place!! This picture on the VRBO makes it look like an independent property free from being behind someone else. Just makes you more aware and less likely to enjoy the evening as long. Just to make sure that others are not annoyed by coming and going.

The property and has was even more amazing in person! Large fully fenced yard, lawn area, pool, and hot tub. On the same property as the owners but still secluded enough that you don’t feel like you’re a bother to anyone. Easy parking, full amenities throughout the house, cannot wait to stay again!

We visited the area on a girls’ trip to visit family. We couldn’t have been happier with the home. Beautiful, extremely clean and everything we could’ve possibly imagined. Sometimes we’d think we needed something only to turn around and find it available for us. Great location but nestled in off the street to be quiet and cozy. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and hope to return.

Duma is my grandma name from my oldest grandson. We have family in the area so thought it would be fun to let them come to “Duma’s house” and swim, eat, sleep over and just have fun. Turned out to be perfect. The house is beautiful and well equipped. My gourmet cooks had everything needed to cook for my birthday. And the pool! It was a big hit with all of us. It truly felt like home. Thanks to our fabulous hosts.

This property was such a delightful experience!! We were so comfortable and relaxed from the moment we walked in the door. The house is incredibly clean, inviting, and cozy! The kitchen was awesome and fully stocked with spices, oils, and plenty of cookware. This was fantastic as it allowed for us to make home-cooked meals and spend some much needed quality time together. We enjoyed the large variety of games and activities provided by the hosts, including puzzles and board games. The backyard is absolutely incredible!!! It is so beautifully maintained and peaceful. Everything about this property is great, they have thought of everything. Wonderful AC, important in the Sac area. Fully equipped kitchen. Really clean. Comfortable beds. The pool is giant and so is the hot tub, also both very clean and such a treat for the Sacramento heat. It was very quiet. I felt safe, important for a person traveling alone. I would stay again.

The Home is exactly as pictured. 3rd annual sister weekend and this time we found the best place ever.
