Brand New Beach House with huge private pool! 2-minute walk to the Beach ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a home away from home Patty has established! We fit three generations comfortably in the property. Our host thought of everything and we have never stayed in such a well organized and equipped place, especially with pool and beach toys. The ocean access was so convenient and it was like having a private beach! The neighbors are lovely and friendly! We would stay again!

The beach house was absolutely lovely. Exactly as pictured and described. Patty was very quick to respond when we messaged her. Beds were so comfortable. The pool is well maintained. Kitchen had everything you could think of. We enjoyed the bikes a couple of times! My kids were in and out of the pool all week. The extra pool towels were so handy and appreciated. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Holden! And it’s on our list to book again. It’s a good one!

Great space, heated pool was really nice for our week where the evenings cooled down. Quiet location and easy/quick walk to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! We booked it during the off season in November and thanks to the weather cooperating, we were able to get the pool heated and it was heavenly (a highlight of our stay). The property is located nearly all the way down on the West side. It had great views of both the sunrise and sunset. Spacious porches with comfy rocking chairs. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was meticulously organized and had everything we needed. The host was very easy to communicate with and was very kind. Overall - an amazing visit and great host. It’s hard not to be happy at Holden Beach :)
