Spacious 1BR close to Downtown w fast wifi w/ pool

Entire place smell like cigarettes, cracks and rust all over the walls and bathroom rug was glued to the ground. Neighborhood was absolutely without a shadow of doubt, the scariest part. I do not recommend staying here.

This place was flat out scary. Drive by shootings and crack houses describe the neighborhood best. We had it rented for four nights during Austin City Limits first weekend. We walked in and walked straight back out. Didn’t even spend 10 minutes there. I wouldn’t have been able to sleep. The place smelled like cigarettes and there were literally 100 cigarette butts exactly 4 feet from the front door. I couldn’t come to any compromise with the property manager on a refund. Buyer beware and bring your pistol. You’re gonna need it under your pillow if you can get any sleep.
