RECENTLY CONSTRUCTED, LITTLE O CABIN CLOSE TO BALDWIN-WOLF LAKE

Nice place

For us, this was a weekend to familiarize some family members with guns, gun safety, and how different guns run differently and have different strengths and weaknesses. This couldn’t have been a more perfect spot for that. People took turns, shooting, watching the toddler who stayed inside when guns were being used, and hanging out and cooking. It was great, we went to Jones for ice cream in town, slept great and loved the cabin which plays its role perfectly. Truly one of the most unique weekends my family has had. Shawn was great, responds immediately to everything. Just loved it!

Shawn was a good host and communication was great. The cabin was clean nice with a great location. There are a few things (minor) that could use improvement. One bed was very firm and the other was very soft. Probably could use a couple new medium/firm mattresses for the main floor rooms. We did not use the upstairs at all. Also need curtains/blinds on back sliding door and front door for privacy and security along with an outside light for the back porch area. A large cast iron skillet for the kitchen would be a bonus. Still 5 stars over-all.

So quiet and peaceful. Checking in was easy. Loved the whole house. Definitely will be back again.

the rental was just as described. it was very convenient. Everything was functional. Very clean and enjoyable.
