Stayed 3 nights

Our family of 4 stayed in the Cub cabin for 3 nights. We drove 5 hours from Texas and didn't get in until around 10:30pm Thursday night. We were tired and ready to go to bed and get our two young boys in bed but noticed there was dog hair all over the place. The linens, furniture & all over the floor. There was human hair (long brown strands) in the sheets of the bed, in the utensil drawer & in the shower. The towels in the cabinet didnt smell fresh either. We messaged the host and were told to wash the sheets ourselves, which shouldn't even have to be done upon arrival. We ended up sleeping on towels that we brought because we didnt have laundry detergent with us and everything was closed that late at night, not to mention the washer and dryer were filthy and covered in dog hair inside as well. The bathroom sink had toothpaste splatter all over it, the bathroom vanity was covered with a white residue and the shower design allows for standing water around the bottom which is kinda gross to see. We ended up sweeping the entire cabin Friday morning and were shocked by how much dog hair was on the floor. It's a really cute cabin, but the cleaning crew needs to be fired or taught better, because those conditions are not acceptable for guests to arrive to.
