The Hotel has serious management problems. Rooms that are not cleaned properly, the grounds littered with garbage, could see same garbage lying around day after day, life guards that seemed to treat the job as a vacation and doing backflips into the pool, all sunbeds booked with towels in the morning (which the mangement said was not allowed) etc etc. This was pointed out to the managers, who did nothing about it and had a surly attitude. What a joke

This was a beautiful hotel and the room was stunning. Huge bathroom with separate toilet and shower cubicles. Great sea view and big balcony. Had welcome gifts of a bottle Prosecco and a bottle of red wine as well as a bottle of water with a personalised note. Staff were so friendly and helpful at every encounter even just walking around the complex. Variety of choice for food and high quality restaurants definitely worth visiting. Leaving gift of lavender before checkout again with a personalised handwritten note. All in all, a great stay

June 2025: Nice hotel, plenty to offer... Having booked via Expedia I feel we definitely got a good price.

Great location and facility, lovely helpful staff, just not enough of them. The A La Carte restaurants were always half empty but you couldn’t book into them as they were “Full” once again due to shortage of staff. We were there for a wedding and there should have been a BBQ but the majority of the food was the same as the buffet food offered in the main restaurants. Everything was cleared away without any consultation, to the extent the Bride & Groom didn’t get any of their wedding cake. As the resort got busier there were long queues to get into the restaurants, as tables weren’t cleared and reset quickly enough. The food was barely warm and quite repetitive, we left site for meals on our last two nights. Found an amazing restaurant which served delicious hot food and VERY reasonable. “Ta Adelfia” in Kardamaina, 10 minute walk. This place could be amazing, but it needs a lot more staff to run smoothly. Disappointed.
