We enjoyed our stay at the house and its proximity to Mount Snow. During our stay, it snowed and the driveway was taken care of on two separate occasions which we truly appreciated. The one downside, was communication once our fees were paid and we were on our way. The information sheet I received via email, included a phone number for the property manager however, it didn’t indicate that it was a landline so upon texting, I never received any communication back. The only way I knew it was a landline was as a result of the details posted in a notebook at the home. Even after texting the night before our departure, I did not hear back from the property manager until we had been long gone from the home. Additionally, I sent a message to the Evolve team via email about not hearing from the property manager and never heard back from that group either. Perhaps periodically the details sheet should be updated and cross checked with what is left in the information at the home.

Nice house. Beds a bit hard. Heat took a long time to warm up. Maybe have it controlled remotely to start before tenants arrive. The house was equiped with all neccessities. The house did have a funky smell. Maybe a septic feedback. Also snowed a couple of inches. Had vehicles that could handle it but sanding should have been done. Thanks for sharing your home we had a nice time. We frequent the area and have friends in town too.We were curious about Adams Farm. Are they doing ok? Thank you again.There was a smell except clothes.

Great stay. We had a little problem with the front storm door blowing in the wind and making a lot of noise, but we called Janet and they fixed it quickly. The only thing I’d change is a little updating in the furniture. We’d definitely come back!
