Parking is available at the mainland ferry terminal, where guests can leave their cars before taking the private ferry to the property. The round trip ferry toll is $25.00 for a car and driver, plus $5 for each additional passenger.

Breakfast is not offered at the property. Guests are advised to bring all their food as there are no stores or restaurants on the island.

Pets are allowed, with a limit of one dog per reservation. Service animals are exempt from this restriction. There are no additional fees for pets.

The standard check-in time is at 16:00, and check-out is at 11:00. Early or late check-in/check-out may be available upon request, but additional costs may apply.

The property is a single-level cabin with no elevator. There are step-free entrances, and the public areas and rooms are wheelchair accessible. However, the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges due to the stairs leading to the sleeping loft.

The property is located on Herron Island, a private island in south Puget Sound, about 90 minutes from Seattle. It is near Trillium Creek Winery and Horseshoe Lake Golf Course, with access to natural beauty at Penrose Point State Park and Joemma Beach State Park. Public transportation is not available on the island.

There is no swimming pool at the property. However, guests can enjoy a private beach and access to kayaks and stand-up paddleboards for water activities.

Children are permitted at the property, with ages 0-17 allowed to stay for free. However, guests should note that there are steep stairs leading to the sleeping loft, which may not be suitable for very small children.
