What an amazing home in a great location. My wife and I dropped off our twin boys at college and decided to stay in Arizona for a month. This house was absolutely perfect. We swam in the pool every single day. We took the dogs for walks every single day. There was a great park less than a mile down the road in another one just over 2 miles down the road that we really enjoyed walking with our dogs. We joined mountainside fitness, which was less than 2 miles down the road. We enjoyed going to the P 83 shops and restaurants which was only about 3 miles down the road. I really can’t say enough about the location. The house itself was excellent. I wake up every day with back pain at home and I did not have back pain. One time sleeping in this bed.The host Kaitie was great. She was very responsive when I had a question. we had one day when a sandstorm blew through so there was sand all in the bottom of the pool and she had the pool cleaner come the next day to get it taken care of. We are already looking to rebook for a month when we come back to Arizona.

The house is very nice and has everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped. The Landscaping is beautiful. King bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. Loved the pool and outdoor television. Location is great, close to everything. Would stay here again.

We needed a place to call home while we moved our son back to college, Katie’s place was the perfect spot. We enjoyed the pool and perfect Peoria/Glendale location. The upstairs office was perfect for work calls and still be close to family. The house has everything you could possibly need and is well taken care of - we enjoyed our 10 days in a place that felt like home.

Katie and her husband were FABULOUS hosts!! The house was as pictured, when I had a problem I messaged Katie and she responded IMMEDIATELY. Even when I figured out the answer and apologized for messaging she was completely kind and helpful. We had one problem with the television outside that was not working and her husband came over the next day and REPLACED it. My kids loved the pool and our pup loved to use the doggy door! Definitely a HUGE help! If the Walkers go west again to AZ, we would definitely stay again!

We had an overall amazing experience. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale were about a 20-30 min drive. The house itself was great! The pool was large and deep, didn’t seem to be overloaded with chemicals which we really loved. The outdoor space provided plenty to do if you want to be in the shade or sun. The house was fully stocked to include a ton of spices which was nice when we decided to cook breakfast in the mornings. The master bedroom had a pretty comfortable bed with good back support and linens. communication with the host was effortless and very fast. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others! Thank you so much for such an excellent experience!!

Property matched the pictures. Depending on the breeze, some days are quieter than others. Loved the pool. Loved backing up to the golf course. Sunset views. Located not far from main roads, shopping, and restaurants. Owners quickly responded to questions and anything that came up. Had a great stay. I’d love to use this property to work remotely as there is a quiet office area with a great view.

I try to stay close to my daughter’s home. This house was close. The pictures are not quite accurate and the house seems to be in some sort of update. The deadbolt on the front screen door is missing. Some of the window locks are broken, screens missing. The towels for the bathrooms have been well used. The dishwasher doesn’t work well and the venting on the cooktop only works if the microwave door is open .. If a cleaning crew had been through before we checked in, they forgot to pick up their false eyelashes from the downstairs power room. The master bathroom is lacking any source of a towel bar or hooks, except the 1 on the back of the door and the bathtub was filthy. I reached out to Kaitie on the day of check in to receive the door code, only to be reminded with a healthy list of house rules before receiving the code. I didn’t get a welcome feeling .. The location has the potential to be a great space but in this moment, i found it to be lacking. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your community because it truly has a lot to offer and is close to so much but I will not rent this space again. ~TracyAnn Kurcz

My husband and younger son, along with another family stayed at this great house. My review is based off their comments. Very clean. Pictures accurate. Quiet neighborhood. Great location with easy highway access. While they were a tad nervous being on the golf course, no balls were hit into the backyard while they were enjoying the great pool or watching basketball games on the patio. Golf carts were super quiet and there was not a noise issue related to that. Kids enjoyed the pool as we have never rented a house with a “deep end”. Big kitchen table allowed for game night each night and fit everyone comfortably.

Property was totally not clean, below photo is dirt and dog hair, living room furniture needs serious cleaning. Upstairs bedroom bed spread has holes and very worn. Master bath does not have one towel rack. Very disappointed considering what we paid. Fridge had old condiments from prior renter and fridge died, 3 1/2 days to get a new fridge.

I rented this home for January and February 2024: Location and Home: 5 stars ~ This is a lovely home with a pool and nice backyard area located on a golf course. It is in a quiet, safe community. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping are all close by. (Note: the golf cart path is just on the other side of the fenced backyard and carts drive past. While this did not bother me at all, it might be an issue for others.) Systems: 5 stars ~ All the appliances, as well as the heating/cooling system, worked well. The owner programs the heating/cooling system remotely, setting the agreed upon high and low temperatures. Furnishings: 4 stars ~ The furniture and beds are comfortable (except for the chairs in the kitchen which could use some pads). The kitchen is well furnished, but the cookware is older and worn. Cleanliness & Maintenance: 3 stars ~ The house was surface clean and looked good upon arrival. It could use a deep cleaning inside the kitchen cabinets, pantry, baseboards, and the area rug in the living room. There are a few fairly minor maintenance issues, such as the towel bar in the master bathroom is broken off the wall. Property Owner: 5 stars ~ The property owner was highly responsive to any questions or requests. The owner's communication was excellent.

The house was very clean and owners were generous with supplies like toilet paper, tissues, soaps, coffee, tea etc. Nice to have dog bowls and bed available. It was really too cold to enjoy the pool but it was a good size and the entire backyard would be perfect in warmer weather. The neighborhood is super quiet with hardly any traffic making it great to walk the dog. Perfect location and easy in-and-out to everything we wanted to do.

we had a great stay. we were in town with family for a graduation from the university nearby. the location was perfect. i spent a ton of time looking for the perfect house for our family and my parents. the house was very spacious with all the bedrooms upstairs. the kitchen was well stocked and the garage had a few pool floats for use. the backyard was great for our dog. the property looked over a golf course which gave a feeling of privacy. the pool was large with a nice deep end. the outdoor tv was my favorite part to watch movies and swim . if you have several adults splitting the cost, the master bedroom is definitely much larger and cooler with a large double sink bathroom. the other 2 bedrooms are smaller with a small bathroom in between. kaitie the owner was always responsive with my many questions. the pool at night was beautiful with outdoor lighting. there is also a huge room/office off the master that we didnt use but could be great play area for kids or extra sleeping space. this house had everything we needed and more. plenty of towels and linens and the washer and dryer worked fine. location was also great with groceries a costco and restuarants nearby. this time with my family was priceless and this house met all our needs. thanks for a great vacation.
we had a great stay. we were in town with family for a graduation from the university nearby. the location was perfect. i spent a ton of time looking for the perfect house for our family and my parents. the house was very spacious with all the bedrooms upstairs. the kitchen was well stocked and the garage had a few pool floats for use. the backyard was great for our dog. the property looked over a golf course which gave a feeling of privacy. the pool was large with a nice deep end. the outdoor tv was my favorite part to watch movies and swim . if you have several adults splitting the cost, the master bedroom is definitely much larger and cooler with a large double sink bathroom. the other 2 bedrooms are smaller with a small bathroom in between. kaitie the owner was always responsive with my many questions. the pool at night was beautiful with outdoor lighting. there is also a huge room/office off the master that we didnt use but could be great play area for kids or extra sleeping space. this house had everything we needed and more. plenty of towels and linens and the washer and dryer worked fine. location was also great with groceries a costco and restuarants nearby. this time with my family was priceless and this house met all our needs. thanks for a great vacation.

Older home but was just as described in a nice neighborhood location close to freeway. We especially loved the work-from-home patio upstairs. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals and spend time together.

We had an overall amazing experience. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale were about a 20-30 min drive. The house itself was great! The pool was large and deep, didn’t seem to be overloaded with chemicals which we really loved. The outdoor space provided plenty to do if you want to be in the shade or sun. The house was fully stocked to include a ton of spices which was nice when we decided to cook breakfast in the mornings. The master bedroom had a pretty comfortable bed with good back support and linens. communication with the host was effortless and very fast. I rented this home for January and February 2024: Location and Home: 5 stars ~ This is a lovely home with a pool and nice backyard area located on a golf course. It is in a quiet, safe community. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping are all close by. (Note: the golf cart path is just on the other side of the fenced backyard and carts drive past. While this did not bother me at all, it might be an issue for others.) Systems: 5 stars ~ All the appliances, as well as the heating/cooling system, worked well. The owner programs the heating/cooling system remotely, setting the agreed upon high and low temperatures. Furnishings: 4 stars ~ The furniture and beds are comfortable (except for the chairs in the kitchen which could use some pads). The kitchen is well furnished, but the cookware is older and worn. Cleanliness & Maintenance: 3 stars ~ The house was surface clean and looked good upon arrival. This is a lovely home in a great neighborhood. It’s close to restaurants, golf courses and shopping. I enjoyed my morning walks through the neighborhood. The pool is amazing. We truly enjoyed sitting outside by the pool watching the golfers miss their shots 🙂. This was the second year we stayed here, and we will definitely try to return, again, next year!

Oh my gosh!!! I’ve never been on a more relaxed vacation in my entire adult existence. I enjoyed seeing my twin sister’s faces when they learned that I had rented this beautiful home for their 60th birthday. We enjoyed our stay and each other’s company so much so we hardly ever left the home. The beds were so comfortable. I just can’t say enough about the home. What an amazing home in a great location. My wife and I dropped off our twin boys at college and decided to stay in Arizona for a month. This house was absolutely perfect. We swam in the pool every single day. We took the dogs for walks every single day. There was a great park less than a mile down the road in another one just over 2 miles down the road that we really enjoyed walking with our dogs. We joined mountainside fitness, which was less than 2 miles down the road. We enjoyed going to the P 83 shops and restaurants which was only about 3 miles down the road. I really can’t say enough about the location. The house itself was excellent. I wake up every day with back pain at home and I did not have back pain. One time sleeping in this bed.The host Kaitie was great. She was very responsive when I had a question. we had one day when a sandstorm blew through so there was sand all in the bottom of the pool and she had the pool cleaner come the next day to get it taken care of. We are already looking to rebook for a month when we come back to Arizona.

This home was amazing, but the hostess was even more amazing. We had a small issue with the air conditioner and she didn’t rest until it was fixed. I have never had a homeowner be so responsive and accommodating. As far as the home goes it was perfect for a family to stay! They had everything you could need to make your stay comfortable.

Katie and her husband were FABULOUS hosts!! The house was as pictured, when I had a problem I messaged Katie and she responded IMMEDIATELY. Even when I figured out the answer and apologized for messaging she was completely kind and helpful. We had one problem with the television outside that was not working and her husband came over the next day and REPLACED it. My kids loved the pool and our pup loved to use the doggy door! Definitely a HUGE help! If the Walkers go west again to AZ, we would definitely stay again!

The property is very nice and our stay was wonderful. The only reason for less stars on property manager rating only has to do with trouble getting contact information (phone#) from VRBO before our arrival. We prefer alittle more privacy than the backyard offers. The golf cart path runs right along the fence and so throughout the day, people are able to look right into the yard. We rented the property because of its proximity to the Arrowhead Country Club, where my niece was getting married. Great location, good neighborhood, nice home, easy access to everything, no complaints. Owner gave me permission so that I could host my nieces bridal shower at the home. Can’t thank the owners enough for accommodating us. Luckily the weather was perfect so we could have the event set up outside by the sparkling pool. I also received approval to bring my cat Bob (Instagram @bobthecatadventures). It was his first time using stairs, and it was hysterical.

we had a great stay. we were in town with family for a graduation from the university nearby. the location was perfect. i spent a ton of time looking for the perfect house for our family and my parents. the house was very spacious with all the bedrooms upstairs. the kitchen was well stocked and the garage had a few pool floats for use. the backyard was great for our dog. the property looked over a golf course which gave a feeling of privacy. the pool was large with a nice deep end. the outdoor tv was my favorite part to watch movies and swim . if you have several adults splitting the cost, the master bedroom is definitely much larger and cooler with a large double sink bathroom. the other 2 bedrooms are smaller with a small bathroom in between. kaitie the owner was always responsive with my many questions. the pool at night was beautiful with outdoor lighting. there is also a huge room/office off the master that we didnt use but could be great play area for kids or extra sleeping space. this house had everything we needed and more. plenty of towels and linens and the washer and dryer worked fine. location was also great with groceries a costco and restuarants nearby. this time with my family was priceless and this house met all our needs. thanks for a great vacation.

My husband and younger son, along with another family stayed at this great house. My review is based off their comments. Very clean. Pictures accurate. Quiet neighborhood. Great location with easy highway access. While they were a tad nervous being on the golf course, no balls were hit into the backyard while they were enjoying the great pool or watching basketball games on the patio. Golf carts were super quiet and there was not a noise issue related to that. Kids enjoyed the pool as we have never rented a house with a “deep end”. Big kitchen table allowed for game night each night and fit everyone comfortably.

Older home but was just as described in a nice neighborhood location close to freeway. We especially loved the work-from-home patio upstairs. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals and spend time together.

We had an overall amazing experience. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale were about a 20-30 min drive. The house itself was great! The pool was large and deep, didn’t seem to be overloaded with chemicals which we really loved. The outdoor space provided plenty to do if you want to be in the shade or sun. The house was fully stocked to include a ton of spices which was nice when we decided to cook breakfast in the mornings. The master bedroom had a pretty comfortable bed with good back support and linens. communication with the host was effortless and very fast. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others! Thank you so much for such an excellent experience!!

I rented this home for January and February 2024: Location and Home: 5 stars ~ This is a lovely home with a pool and nice backyard area located on a golf course. It is in a quiet, safe community. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping are all close by. (Note: the golf cart path is just on the other side of the fenced backyard and carts drive past. While this did not bother me at all, it might be an issue for others.) Systems: 5 stars ~ All the appliances, as well as the heating/cooling system, worked well. The owner programs the heating/cooling system remotely, setting the agreed upon high and low temperatures. Furnishings: 4 stars ~ The furniture and beds are comfortable (except for the chairs in the kitchen which could use some pads). The kitchen is well furnished, but the cookware is older and worn. Cleanliness & Maintenance: 3 stars ~ The house was surface clean and looked good upon arrival. It could use a deep cleaning inside the kitchen cabinets, pantry, baseboards, and the area rug in the living room. There are a few fairly minor maintenance issues, such as the towel bar in the master bathroom is broken off the wall. Property Owner: 5 stars ~ The property owner was highly responsive to any questions or requests. The owner's communication was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay in this Glendale home and its close proximity not only to our family but also the 101, local attractions, shopping, and restaurants. We appreciated the little extras since we were spending our Christmas vacation here. The kitchen was also well stocked. The neighborhood was pleasant and peaceful. Communication with the property manager was always prompt. We will certainly consider calling this our home away from home again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the outside amenities were perfect. My family enjoyed drinking coffee outside in the morning and watching the quail on the green, swimming in the large pool, and using the BBQ which had amazing flavor and preciseness due to being electric. It was a great vacation home and I’d stay here again.

First let me say that I have never given a poor review on a previous VRBO stay and I reached out to the host after our stay with the below info and did not receive a reply. Overall, I think overpriced and here are some reasons why:The kitchen was ill equipped and pans very dirty. As a result we had to purchase plastic glasses among other items. The pantry door was constantly coming off and kitchen chairs cracked. Overall, it was not very clean: dried dog urine on the comforter and dog fur covering the extra blankets. The couch and rugs were badly stained. The bunk bed was so wobbly and a safety concern we had to take the mattress off the lower bunk and put it on the floor for use. The master bedroom mattress itself was stained and there was no mattress cover. The pillows were all stained as well. We did however, enjoy the pool. The weather was unusually hot for that time of year so the pool was enjoyable. The inside temp and pool temp were controlled by owner which was frustrating at times.

Beautiful home, check in excellent, very quiet neighborhood. Loved sitting outside for breakfast and at night. The only issue we had was the pool was not heated and it was one thing that I had asked before booking :(

This was our third time staying at this property. As always, the house is clean and well taken care of. The beds are comfortable. We really appreciate that Kaitie and her husband continue to maintain the property in excellent shape. The photos are exactly what the property looks like. The location is perfect.
