There were a number of different options for entertainment available including online channels and games, board games a fire bowl and barbecue grill. Sweet final touches that gave a home sweet home vibe. Within walking distance of Main street and Mammoth Springs park.

My husband and I spent 4 nights here in June. House was sweet-I actually rented this one in particular because it had a bathtub. (Most small rentals in the area only had showers). Nice large tub with plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer also a nice feature. We floated eleven point river three days. Will have to come back to float spring river next. Couple nice restaurants within walking distance. Check in was easy and owners checked in to make sure all was well. Recommended property and I also loved the reasonable price!

The cabin was very quaint and beautiful. The instructions in the message were not very clear on how to get into the cabin... simply a four-digit code (but there was another button or key to press to actually open the door).In the booklet, instructions were not available regarding the shower, it is a different type of faucet in the shower, so we had to contact the host to figure out how to work the shower on the second day. The neighbors next door has teens that would be extremely loud, shouting, yelling, jumping in and out of their pool at 2am until 5:30 am. So, not so excellent on the noise around the area. The parking is in front of the house more so like an easement off the street into the yard. It is not bad but not a driveway, the house can be easily missed if just driving by, but it is a very cute cabin. The hosts were quick to respond within short time frames when we needed them so that is a huge kudo and they were very friendly.

Once we figured out the locking and unlocking of the front door everything was fine. We had everything we needed to dine in. We brought a couple of movies to watch and there was a decent selection available in the cabin also.. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and trip to Mammoth Springs! The house was perfect for our group of 5, we were all very comfortable with the space for sleeping, even had meals there and had plenty of room. Parking was easy, location was great for all of the things to do in and around Mammoth Springs, and it was very easy to find and check in to.

Overall the stay was good for what we were there for (float the Spring River). There were a couple of maintenance issues we took care of ourselves. The kitchen sink did not have hot water and the mini split in the living room did not cool well and was leaking water inside the house. We reported these issues to management.

Updated early 1900's stone home turned cabin. Hosts had everything present to keep us comfortable. Nice activities including games, movie, local Mammoth Springs park, and set up fire pit for easy use. We visited family in the area while we stayed here and had a lovely time. Hosts were readily available to answer questions.

Adam was a great host. Very quick to respond. This was our first VRBO experience and it was great. The cabin was clean, and had what we needed. Wouks definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Mammoth Spring area.

The house was adorable, clean, and we had a great stay! It is located convienently in the middle of town. The beds are very comfy and the house was very clean. The only negavtive thing that I can say is if you’re tall…… you will have issues taking a shower. At 5’2 the shower head was right above my head while standing under the shower head.

Was a little skeptical when locating the house. Once we was inside I felt better about my decision. The house was nice and clean. They had everything needed. The town is old but quiet. Ate at local restaurants, and antique shopping. I recommend this house. Thank you to the property manager. They did reach out and made sure all was well.

The cabin is in town not on the river. Internet access was supposed to be in the book on the coffee table but we never seen it in there. The floors were dirty and the beds were worn out. Rough night.

The house is located in a great spot, quiet neighborhood and decorated nicely. But the beads were foam, horrible for a bad back, and the entire house needs a good cleaning. We found multiple cobwebs, aunts and multple things that were bothersome. Like stains on the couch and dried food in the mircowave, we were scared to use the window unit in one bedroom due to it being filled with dirt. Would recommend to stay, but after a deep cleaning.

Overall, this property was a good value. We thought it would have wi-fi, but it did not which meant no TV. That was disappointing. The hosts were very communicative and helpful in trying to make our stay more pleasant. They did supply movies for us to watch in lieu of the TV. It had a stocked kitchen which allowed us to make breakfast each morning. The beds were not as comfortable as we were accustomed to. Overall, it was a good experience, but there are some things we would definitely want to improve upon before we came back to stay again.

Owners were fabulous to work with. Excellent communication!This is a nice little house with everything we needed for our stay. Close to downtown and the park. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. The only caution would be the shower is not for tall people. I'm 5'6" and had to squat down to wash my hair, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

We had a great time on our little weekend adventure and our hosts were very accommodating. We only had one small problem the first night and he took care of it quickly. This place was the cutest and clean with all the extras you'd need. Hosts checked on us daily to make sure everything was good and was ready to help when asked. We also requested an extra hour to check out and they worked it out for us even though we ended up leaving on time. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area. The neighborhood was quiet and the cabin was comfortable with lots of places to explore and eat nearby. We will stay here again next time we run away from home!

The house was adorable, clean, and we had a great stay! It is located convienently in the middle of town. The beds are very comfy and the house was very clean. The only negavtive thing that I can say is if you’re tall…… you will have issues taking a shower. At 5’2 the shower head was right above my head while standing under the shower head.

The cabin was very quaint and beautiful. The instructions in the message were not very clear on how to get into the cabin... simply a four-digit code (but there was another button or key to press to actually open the door).In the booklet, instructions were not available regarding the shower, it is a different type of faucet in the shower, so we had to contact the host to figure out how to work the shower on the second day. The neighbors next door has teens that would be extremely loud, shouting, yelling, jumping in and out of their pool at 2am until 5:30 am. So, not so excellent on the noise around the area. The parking is in front of the house more so like an easement off the street into the yard. It is not bad but not a driveway, the house can be easily missed if just driving by, but it is a very cute cabin. The hosts were quick to respond within short time frames when we needed them so that is a huge kudo and they were very friendly.

The host was a fast communicator who worked quickly to resolve any issues. The updated interior is well done. Washer/dryer on premises is a plus. The cottage is set back in a neighborhood so plan to drive to the parks/river. I would stay here again!

Owners were fabulous to work with. Excellent communication!This is a nice little house with everything we needed for our stay. Close to downtown and the park. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. The only caution would be the shower is not for tall people. I'm 5'6" and had to squat down to wash my hair, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

My husband and I spent 4 nights here in June. House was sweet-I actually rented this one in particular because it had a bathtub. (Most small rentals in the area only had showers). Nice large tub with plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer also a nice feature. We floated eleven point river three days. Will have to come back to float spring river next. Couple nice restaurants within walking distance. Check in was easy and owners checked in to make sure all was well. Recommended property and I also loved the reasonable price!

Overall, this property was a good value. We thought it would have wi-fi, but it did not which meant no TV. That was disappointing. The hosts were very communicative and helpful in trying to make our stay more pleasant. They did supply movies for us to watch in lieu of the TV. It had a stocked kitchen which allowed us to make breakfast each morning. The beds were not as comfortable as we were accustomed to. Overall, it was a good experience, but there are some things we would definitely want to improve upon before we came back to stay again.

Was a little skeptical when locating the house. Once we was inside I felt better about my decision. The house was nice and clean. They had everything needed. The town is old but quiet. Ate at local restaurants, and antique shopping. I recommend this house. Thank you to the property manager. They did reach out and made sure all was well.

Once we figured out the locking and unlocking of the front door everything was fine. We had everything we needed to dine in. We brought a couple of movies to watch and there was a decent selection available in the cabin also.. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and trip to Mammoth Springs! The house was perfect for our group of 5, we were all very comfortable with the space for sleeping, even had meals there and had plenty of room. Parking was easy, location was great for all of the things to do in and around Mammoth Springs, and it was very easy to find and check in to.

Updated early 1900's stone home turned cabin. Hosts had everything present to keep us comfortable. Nice activities including games, movie, local Mammoth Springs park, and set up fire pit for easy use. We visited family in the area while we stayed here and had a lovely time.
