Skylark, beautiful views over Exmoor

Overall quite good Slightly spoilt as I could have done with a more upright seating as I suffer back issues

A lovely pieceful location but within easy reach of many beaches and attractions. Very high quality fixtures and fittings (beautiful artwork, plenty of lovely hooks and nic nacs) fully stocked high quality kitchen utensils with lots of little extras eg range of t-bags, fresh ground coffee. Expectional cleaned to a very high standard

Great location, stunning area. Plenty of walks to explore. The hosts are great and provide you with a lot of info about the local area. The lodge itself is lovely, the kitchen has everything you could need, the bed was very comfy. The bathroom is spacious, however the shower glass isnt long enough and there was often water on floor after showering, Its also worth noting that although the lodge is dog friendly, dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture, this would have been nice to know before booking as i wouldnt normally book somewhere that restricts the rooms dogs are allowed in. However it didnt spoil the overall trip and it was a great stay. The blanket and bowls supplied for the dogs are a lovely touch and you can tell the hosts really care about their guests.

What amazing places Lynton and Lynmouth are? Beautiful scenery and lovely people everywhere. Our stay at Whitebeam was the highlight. Nice and clean lodge with good beds, well equipped kitchen and a good WiFi connection. All you can ask on your holiday! The hosts Richard and Bridget were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Wish we could stay a bit longer. We will be back soon. Highly recommended !!
