From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we would enjoy staying here. It smelled wonderful and the living room furniture was very comfortable. Their welcome book was excellent. It covered everything we needed. The porches were great for relaxing in the morning and evening. The owners were extremely responsive. We asked them to increase the temperature of the hot water and Josh was there in5 minutes. I highly recommend this property.

Cute house in great location. House is close to the Biltmore, where we were attending a wedding. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the temperature was easy to control, My favorite part was the shower water pressure and temperature. It felt like endless hot water, even with 4 of us having to shower. Shampoo and soaps provided and the TP was 1st class. We could have used one more roll, but that’s a family issue 😉. We had plenty of towels and were able to wash some cloths. Grocery store and CVS are nearby. The driveway fits 2 cars. The couches were comfy. The only thing we thought could be better was the curtains in the Master Bedroom. One more panel on the left would make it perfect to keep the sun out, incase you go to the dueling piano bar and get back at 3am. I looked at A LOT of places and we were 100% happy with our choice.

The house is just as described. Brand new feel and very clean; has everything you need with a few extras, laundry soap, shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc. New construction so there was some work being done outside, however it did not interrupt our stay. Otherwise quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close to major attractions and downtown Asheville with lots to do and places to eat. Overall great stay.

Our family stayed here for a weekend to visit downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. Extremely convenient for both places. House was exceptionally clean and well furnished. My sisters and I were in town for a short 3 day trip. This was an amazing place to stay with lovely decor and comfortable beds. I’m glad I didn’t stay at a hotel. This was much more spacious and we had the benefit of a full kitchen and separate bedrooms for each of us. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Will stay again.

We were in the area for family event. With 6 adults we needed plenty of beds. The house had 3 comfortable queen beds and a blow up mattress. The home is fairly new and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is new but in the older Oakley area. There is construction beginning on new homes next to this VRBO.

Beautiful and well cared for, comfortable home away from the hustle and bustle of Asheville. We explored the surroundings of Asheville with other family members and prepared home cooked meals in the well equiped kitchen as we got ready for an upcoming wedding, the perfect place for our purpose. Checking in was very easy and Mandy provided an excellent guide to the house and the surrounding area, including an extensive list of selected local restaurants and places of interest. Highly recommended!

Very nice property just as represented. Check in with simple home was very clean and beautifully. Decorated location was pretty good. Understanding that there was road construction at the end of the street. Kitchen as well equipped and I really appreciated the coffee and filters that we were available to use. Our family gather in Asheville for a quick extended weekend vacation. We hiked, visited the Biltmore, and toured downtown Asheville. We had a great time and this house was in a perfect location to quickly get to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean! There were 5 of us, all adults and we had plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed here for a weekend to visit downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. Extremely convenient for both places. House was exceptionally clean and well furnished. Hosts were responsive and kind. It is in a quiet neighborhood and was a very quiet and restful place to return to after a day at the Biltmore. Would highly recommend!

House was perfect, what we expected and more. Location was great, away from downtown but easy drive in to town.. House was very clean and well stocked. Thanks Mandy for making our visit to Asheville so enjoyable.

We were in the area for family event. With 6 adults we needed plenty of beds. The house had 3 comfortable queen beds and a blow up mattress. The home is fairly new and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is new but in the older Oakley area. There is construction beginning on new homes next to this VRBO.

Very nice property just as represented. Check in with simple home was very clean and beautifully. Decorated location was pretty good. Understanding that there was road construction at the end of the street. Kitchen as well equipped and I really appreciated the coffee and filters that we were available to use. Simple clean up and check out procedure post checked in on us the second day and were responsive. Thank you for a very nice stay. We very much enjoyed our time in Asheville area.

My family of 5 enjoyed our 3 nights in Asheville at this property! It is very new and had everything to make our stay seamless. Shopping and restaurants were 10 minutes away and downtown was less than 15 minutes away. It was comfortable for the 5 of us (2 parents and 3 kids). We would stay there again! The owners were accessible and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay in Asheville, the home was lovely, and met our needs for our mother/daughter’s trip. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of towels. It was a short drive to the Biltmore and local shopping. The only downside to the property was its off the beaten path location, situated on a hillside where the road was torn up and you had to drive on a bumpy dirt road to reach the house. Once the road is paved it will make it easier to access. The kitchen could also use new skillets as they were pretty rough looking and the carpet on the stairs could use a cleaning. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend it for a larger family needing the space. The Biltmore was beautiful and enjoyed the surrounding area as well.

This is the perfect little place for an Asheville getaway. It’s close to everything, very clean and well stocked. You can watch the sun set over the mountains from the screened porch.
