This is a great condo for 2 couples since it has 2 king beds. The furniture is very updated and comfortable. Location is excellent for walking to restaurants and the ocean. Nice pool that isn’t usually crowded. Danielle was very helpful and easy to reach. We had a wonderful 2 week stay. Enjoyed the ocean view sunsets and whale watching from the extra large lanai.

We really enjoyed this condo. First off I'd like to say the communication was fantastic with the owner/location and they put a lot of thought into what was needed to make the stay a nice one! Nice view and the lanai has enough seating to eat and enjoy with family. The storage bin has snorkling equipment, beach chairs and a cooler in it. Nice not to have to rent them.It is laid out nice, the 3rd bathroom was great so you didn't need to go into the bedrooms. Location is walking distance to the local restaurants but out of the noisy area. Make sure to walk over to the "On the Rocks Grill" and get a Mai Tai...they are the best we had any place we went, and try their coconut coleslaw!Black Rock pizza and the Fish Hopper are the other 2 restaurants I'd recommend.Parking garage spot is nice, close to the elevator. We used the washer/dryer a lot.Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for the week. It even has a separate ice maker. We were happy it had A/C units, they were used everyday, it was pretty humid when we were there in June 2025. One in each bedroom and one in the living area which made it comfortable.I like to sleep in a dark bedroom so my only issue was the blinds in the first bedroom let in a good amount of light. I used an eye mask, it was fine. Pool was clean, good temperature and barely anyone there.I would recommend this condo to anyone for vacation and hopefully some day we can come back.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary with 13 of our family members staying in 3 locations all within walking distance of each other. Our spacious suite with wrap around deck gave us a tremendous view of the ocean and mountains, plenty of room for all of us to gather for dinner and cocktails. Our son’s family of 3 shared one bedroom with ample room for their daughter to sleep alongside them on a cozy “pillow bed” they made up for the 8 year old. Our bedroom was just as large, both rooms had king size beds and nice furnishings plus private bathrooms with nice walk in tiled showers. There was another bathroom with a tub near the main living area as well. The kitchen was nicely appointed and had plenty of dishes, serving and cook ware. We all enjoyed the large swimming pool and took advantage of the grilling deck and outdoor kitchen several times. Our first week was a bit warm for us Washingtonians but once the living room air conditioning was fixed we were all much more comfortable when we went inside the condo which was seldom except to sleep at night! Thankfully the AC in both bedrooms was working fine the entire time 😊 Our agent Danielle Bates was readily available for any concerns or questions we had and she checked in with us frequently to see if we needed anything 💖 We highly recommend you stay here and will likely be making another reservation there for our next trip to Kona as soon as possible!

The location is good. It's walking distance to Coconut Grove area (on Ali'i Drive) that has restaurants & shops.Tried to use the dishwasher to clean dishes before using, but it had a rank smell & there was old food on the bottom. Contacted prop mgr and she had someone come out the next day to clean it out.This is an older unit. It has a washer/dryer in the unit but the washer rim has mildew. Bathrooms don't have towel bars (only a couple of hooks in the kitchen bathroom and 1 hook in the master bath). Because of the humidity, it's hard to have dry towels if they're hanging on a hook.A/C units are old window mounted units. They cool off the condo but are quite loud. Also, since the unit is right above the gate, you hear it opening/closing quite a bit. The curtains in the living room are sheer which allows light from the next door building shine through.If you happen to be sleeping on the sofa pull out in the living room and are a light sleeper, the light may bother you like it did for me.The parking stall was a bit difficult to locate. The numbers are in the stall but they're not all in numeric order and the stall number we had was not clearly marked as it had some asphalt covering a portion of it.Tip: Condo has an elevator, but the unit is way on the other end of the building so it's faster to take the stairs to get to the unit. There is also a trash chute next to the elevator.

This condo and property location is perfectly placed. You are just a few walking minutes away from all the shops and restaurants along the main strip. The pool is nice and the condo was equipped with all basic essentials. The property managers were very responsive and checked in on us to ensure we had all that we needed. We would stay here again!

Our family of three was very pleased with central but very quiet location. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was completed with many small appliances and spices. We enjoyed the pool and barbecue too.

Easy walking to restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect. Roomy, clean and great amenities. The lanai box had 2 sets of snorkeling equipment, 4 chairs, noodles, inflatables, cooler bag, boogie boards. Very much appreciated.

We attended a family reunion of 25 who all rented in this complex. The complex offers nice amenities (pool, outside grills, tables), and this one bedroom unit is great, with a partial ocean view. The kitchen is open and adequately equipped. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Very well appointed. The plastic blinds fell off twice (plastic sun baked and two panels broke), but a call brought a repair right away. The parking is underground….tight but convenient to the unit. Location is great and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and beach. Fabulous!!

To say this condo was perfect is an understatement! The place was updated and spotless. There was the perfect amount of supplies to get us through 10 days without having to spend any money to replenish anything. Perfect location, can walk to town and restaurants. Peaceful and safe. They were able to accommodate a late check out which was extremely helpful. Will definately look to stay again in the future and recommend to others! Mahalo!

The process from start to finish was made really easy, great communication with the host, any questions we had were answered promptly. Property was better than expected, clean, tidy and spacious. The location was great, close enough to walk to the Race hotel, transition and start, so many restaurants to chose from within walking distance. Would highly recommend this property and host. We had the condo for five days and it was perfect. Roomy, very clean, within walking distance of any type of restaurant you could think of and plenty of shopping. Each king bedroom had its own en suite bath plus a third bath for if you had guests. Would absolutely stay there again.

We loved staying at this condo! It was newly renovated and very clean. It was bright inside and the balcony was huge! The air conditioning worked great and the condo was well stocked with towels, beach/pool toys, kitchen needs, and more!! We cannot wait to come back and enjoy this condo again!

We had a great trip! Downtown is within walking distance and there is a great view of the ocean from the lanai! Unfortunately our flight was delayed and the property manager was quick to accommodate us! 10/10 recommend.

Our first week was a bit warm for us Washingtonians but once the living room air conditioning was fixed we were all much more comfortable when we went inside the condo which was seldom except to sleep at night! Thankfully the AC in both bedrooms was working fine the entire time 😊 Our agent Danielle Bates was readily available for any concerns or questions we had and she checked in with us frequently to see if we needed anything 💖 We highly recommend you stay here and will likely be making another reservation there for our next trip to Kona as soon as possible!
We celebrated our 50th anniversary with 13 of our family members staying in 3 locations all within walking distance of each other. Our spacious suite with wrap around deck gave us a tremendous view of the ocean and mountains, plenty of room for all of us to gather for dinner and cocktails. Our son’s family of 3 shared one bedroom with ample room for their daughter to sleep alongside them on a cozy “pillow bed” they made up for the 8 year old. Our bedroom was just as large, both rooms had king size beds and nice furnishings plus private bathrooms with nice walk in tiled showers. There was another bathroom with a tub near the main living area as well. The kitchen was nicely appointed and had plenty of dishes, serving and cook ware. We all enjoyed the large swimming pool and took advantage of the grilling deck and outdoor kitchen several times. We were very pleased with the Kona Pacific condo. It was as good as advertised and was very well stocked (the kitchen. linens, beach items in the lanai box etc). The view from the lanai was wonderful and we spent much time there. The beds were very comfortable and having a third bathroom was nice. The owners / hosts were very responsive. We would definitely return and recommend this beautiful condo to our friends. FYI: we had four adults and a 2.5 year old. Thank you very much!!!

We loved staying at this condo! It was newly renovated and very clean. It was bright inside and the balcony was huge! The air conditioning worked great and the condo was well stocked with towels, beach/pool toys, kitchen needs, and more!! We cannot wait to come back and enjoy this condo again!

Easy walking to restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect. Roomy, clean and great amenities. The lanai box had 2 sets of snorkeling equipment, 4 chairs, noodles, inflatables, cooler bag, boogie boards. Very much appreciated.

Property is very updated inside and had everything we needed. Locations is perfect as well so many many food options nearby. My only complaint would be the A/C in the bedroom is very loud and blows on the window blinds. Shorter blinds or a different kind would make all the difference.

This is a great condo for 2 couples since it has 2 king beds. The furniture is very updated and comfortable. Location is excellent for walking to restaurants and the ocean. Nice pool that isn’t usually crowded. Danielle was very helpful and easy to reach. We had a wonderful 2 week stay. Enjoyed the ocean view sunsets and whale watching from the extra large lanai.

To say this condo was perfect is an understatement! The place was updated and spotless. There was the perfect amount of supplies to get us through 10 days without having to spend any money to replenish anything. Perfect location, can walk to town and restaurants. Peaceful and safe. They were able to accommodate a late check out which was extremely helpful. Will definately look to stay again in the future and recommend to others! Mahalo!

The process from start to finish was made really easy, great communication with the host, any questions we had were answered promptly. Property was better than expected, clean, tidy and spacious. The location was great, close enough to walk to the Race hotel, transition and start, so many restaurants to chose from within walking distance. Would highly recommend this property and host. We had a great trip! Downtown is within walking distance and there is a great view of the ocean from the lanai! Unfortunately our flight was delayed and the property manager was quick to accommodate us! 10/10 recommend.

We really enjoyed this condo. First off I'd like to say the communication was fantastic with the owner/location and they put a lot of thought into what was needed to make the stay a nice one! Nice view and the lanai has enough seating to eat and enjoy with family. The storage bin has snorkling equipment, beach chairs and a cooler in it. Nice not to have to rent them.It is laid out nice, the 3rd bathroom was great so you didn't need to go into the bedrooms. Location is walking distance to the local restaurants but out of the noisy area. Make sure to walk over to the "On the Rocks Grill" and get a Mai Tai...they are the best we had any place we went, and try their coconut coleslaw!Black Rock pizza and the Fish Hopper are the other 2 restaurants I'd recommend.Parking garage spot is nice, close to the elevator. We used the washer/dryer a lot.Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for the week. It even has a separate ice maker. We were happy it had A/C units, they were used everyday, it was pretty humid when we were there in June 2025. One in each bedroom and one in the living area which made it comfortable.I like to sleep in a dark bedroom so my only issue was the blinds in the first bedroom let in a good amount of light. I used an eye mask, it was fine. Pool was clean, good temperature and barely anyone there.I would recommend this condo to anyone for vacation and hopefully some day we can come back.

We had the condo for five days and it was perfect. Roomy, very clean, within walking distance of any type of restaurant you could think of and plenty of shopping. Each king bedroom had its own en suite bath plus a third bath for if you had guests. Would absolutely stay there again.

This condo and property location is perfectly placed. You are just a few walking minutes away from all the shops and restaurants along the main strip. The pool is nice and the condo was equipped with all basic essentials. The property managers were very responsive and checked in on us to ensure we had all that we needed. We would stay here again!
