Jättefin service och trevligt bemötande, dock var vi endast tre personer som skulle äta och två av oss fick kall hamburgare. Poolen var alldeles för kall för att sitta i och också väldigt högt och ekande ljud från överrinningen så inte så avkopplande.

Brilliant stay when using the airport. The room was great, very clean with comfy beds. The breakfast starts at 4am so we managed to enjoy it before catching an early flight. The sauna and plunge pool overlooking the runway was a surprise bonus! We loved watching the planes take off from the comfort of the sauna !

Trevligt hotell med avgångshallen som närmsta granne på 1 minuts promenad inomhus. Trevlig personal i receptionen men tyvärr för okunnig personal i baren. Dessutom får man beställa i baren samt hämta sin egen mat och bestick i köket. Detta drar ned betyget på ett annars väldigt fint hotell. Den lilla poolen bredvid bastun var tyvärr ej heller tillräckligt varm.

Det är dåligt att skylta med bastu och pool när det i själva verket bestod av ett rum med ca 35 grader celsius och försett med bastulavar. Reglaget för att justera värmen var övertejpat i syfte att gäster inte får röra den. ”Poolen” bestod av ett bubbelbadkar där där själva funktionen för bubblor var försatt utom spegel och gradantalet i vattnet var uppskattningsvis ca 26 grader. Vi valde Scandic i stället för konkurrenthotellet på flygplatsområdet (som är billigare) just för dessa faciliteter. Uselt! Inte minst för vi nu i efterhand sett att tidigare gäster klagat på just detta. Very cold in the room. I tried to raise the temerature (max 3.0 on the scale) but without sucsess. Too cold to even fall asleep. When it turned to 2 o clock I gave up and got dressed and watched tv instead. At 4 o clock it was time for breakfast and I told the staff about the problem. He asked me why i didn't told him earlier. It was 2 hours until breakfast and no reason for me to change room. Nothing wrong with the staff, they were very polite to me. But a "very" nice room except for the temperature.

Rummet var rent och fint och gjorde jobbet under några timmar i väntan på en morgonflight. Tyvärr var incheckningen en långkörare, bara två personer som tog emot under rusningstid vid 19-tiden en fredag. Tog c:a 30 min innan vi var incheckade.

Check in took forever and took two people to accomplish even though I’d booked and paid in advance. And not so friendly. The bar is always disappointing, not well stocked and the inexperienced bartenders. No sweet vermouth, no olives? This has happened to me several times and never improves.

I had to book into Scandic while waiting for my emergency passport to arrive. This took four days but during that time I was made to feel very welcome, staff could not do enough to help especially one of the Reception Staff Jennifer. She called DHL customer services on my behalf to organise the pickup of my passport. She was my angel, helping calm me during a very stressful time. I will be forever grateful for her help. (Their breakfasts are amazing too!)

Smidigt boende vägg i vägg med flygplatsen. Rekommenderas för dig som önskar en bra start på din semester. Frukosten var toppen och serveras redan från kl 04. Incheckning kan göras utanför hotellet och sedan är det några få steg till säkerhetskontrollen.

Very convenient location for traveling, located in the same building as the terminal. Rental car return is right across the street, could not ask for a better location. Even though the hotel is located in the airport we heard no flights landing or taking off during our night there.

Synd att hotelledningen väljer öppna frukosten senare och senare. Nör man öppnade hotellet som nytt gällde kl. 03.30 blev 04.00 som blev 04.00 - med kall - men varmt från kl 04.30. Nu är allt stängt fram till 04.30. Jag uppskattar inte denna förändring. Jag tycker de missar grejen med denna "dumsnålhet", här bor jag - och säkert många - för att inte behöva göra görtidiga fakirresor hemifrån, då är det för sent med 04.30 som start med frukosten. Det blir stressigt. Frukosten är, "när den väl öppnar...", en standardfrukost numera. Bakeoff bröd (dock med hyfsad kvalitet), baconen är av 'fake-modell' (den likt stekt skivad skinka), det varna är mest halvfabrikat som värmts - jag saknar t.ex. helt stekytan på köttbullarna. Bra rökt skinka och hemgjord granola. Rum 3av 5☆. Inget som sticker ut. Jacuzzi utan varmt vatten o utan bubblor 1 av 5. Bastu 4 av 5. Området, för flygresenärer då, 5 av 5 - man bor i samma byggnad som avgångshallen. Service 4 av 5. Frukostens öppettider 2 av 5 (läs ovan). Frukostmaten på buffén 3+ av 5 (läs ovan).

Great for an early flight as it directly adjoins the airport. Breakfast is superb (better than the offering in the airport lounge). Bathroom could be a little cleaner - but think this is a fault of a wet room design rather than cleaning staff. All staff were excellent & friendly.

Läget bredvid checkin är perfekt, rummen bra men maten på restaurangen är riktigt dålig. Av fem rätter var två slut, maten har alldeles för låg kvalitet, IKEA är bättre. Även underbemannat med mycket disk på borden, allt beställs i baren och där är det ofta kö så dricker du upp under tiden du äter får du ställa dig i kö för att köpa ny dricka. Kasst system.

Room nice, reception pleasant and helpful. Restaurant less good. The cheese burger was cold. I was too tired to complain, I just ate the fries and as much of the burger as I could force down and then went to bed. Bar staff less than friendly. It’s a shame, because the hotel is nice.
