Pearl Villa III, redefined island chic!Private Heated Pool & BBQ!

The property is finished to a very high standard. The hosts couldn’t do more for us. Often dropping off food for breakfast. The view from the pool area out across the bay was fantastic. Plakias is a fantastic little resort and only a few minutes walk away. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We had a lovely stay at the Pearl Villa III I can’t recommend the accommodation and area enough. From the moment we booked Valia was very attentive and any queries I had were quickly answered. The villa itself was clean, modern, equipped with pretty much everything and comfortable. It is situated in a great location close to local bars, shops, tavernas and a lovely beach. We had an amazing time and are already looking to book with Think Villas again.

From the moment we booked Pearl Villas to our very last day, the owners (Mr. Michalis and co) went above and beyond. We are a family of 6 (3 couples and a baby), having three bathrooms and 3 rooms really was important to us. This villa offered just that. We stayed in Villa |||, you have a great view of the beach from here. The villa has everything you need: bbq, toaster, coffee machine, hair dryers in each room, beach towels, high chair, safe, dressing gowns, cot etc. The fridge had milk, eggs, wine and more on arrival. We were also gifted more wine, olive oil and beeswax from the lovely owners - such a nice touch. One day we were given some breakfast too. The villas was immaculate, beautifully decorated with light airy rooms. Every morning the outside areas are cleaned and half way through the stay we had the villa kindly cleaned. The owners of the villas are so friendly - they really did go over and above. They do not stop working! Plakias is also a brilliant holiday destination, beach/supermarket/restaurants not even a 5 minute walk from the villas. You are spoilt for choice once you reach the harbour. A few restaurants to mention would be Apenemo, Antoni’s Place and Paligremnos (this one is the opposite end to the harbour). All of which are family run with fresh dishes. If you are considering booking a holiday in Plakias, look no further. Pearl Villas in the place to stay. We could not find any fault!!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa. Das Haus war so sauber und gepflegt, wie wir es selten mal erlebt haben. Das Hausmeisterehepaar hat uns mit allerlei Leckereien verwöhnt. Frisch gebackene Gebäckstücke, die noch warm aus dem Ofen kamen. Beim Empfang war der Kühlschrank mit allem gefüllt, was man für den ersten Abend und das Frühstück am Morgen benötigt hat. Der Blick über die Bucht von Plakias war phantastisch. Das Haus hatte eine sehr geschmackvolle moderne Einrichtung. Die Küche war mit allem Geschirr und elektrischen Geräten bestückt, die man sich in einem Ferienhaus nur wünschen konnte. Die kostenlose Zwischenreinigung mit Wechsel der Bettwäsche nach nur 3 Tagen haben wir gerne angenommen. Zum Abschluss gab es noch ein Geschenk. Ein sehr erholsamer und gelungener Aufenthalt! Gerne kommen wir wieder! 😁
