This is the second time we stayed here and a little disappointed with the friendliness of the staff. When requesting things for rooms we felt the front desk got irritated. Breakfast buffet wasn't that good as previous stays and only ate the last 2 days of our stay because we bought it with the reservation. Hotel room is cramped for 2 people and had to put suitcase on bed to get things in and out. The best thing is this room has a shower and tub and laundry facility.

6泊させて頂きました。フロント階にランドリー設備があり、お部屋のバスルームにも少しなら干せます。近くにスーパーや薬局があって、長期滞在に便利でした。すぐそばの赤坂駅は勿論、天神駅も徒歩ですぐです。お部屋は、寝心地よいベッド、豊富なリネン、バストイレ別、しっかりしたバスタブがあって、天井からのシャワーとハンドシャワーで快適でした。充電プラグも十分でした。セーフティボックスも利用しました。全て良かったのですが、一番気に入ったのは、余裕のある空間。洗面台が広く、天井からのヘッドボードに携帯が置けたり、デスクも広々。冷蔵庫の容量も適切でした。ロビーには充電可能なワークスペースがあり、チェックアウトした後、メモしながら電話できました。また泊まりたいホテルです。

Friendly staff Facility: - Clean room, space ok for hotel in Japan. - Personal care products readily available in the room, including shave, comb etc. - got personal bathtub - Bottled water refilled generously daily (3 bottles). - smart TV a/v - Self service convenience store next to lobby is highly appreciated. The room was not really clean and actually quite dirty, some food pieces were still on the floor near the bed. So much dust covered on the table and the coffee machine, l was actually quite shocked about the cleanliness of this hotel. At night when the restaurant on the ground floor was closed, a bad smell was so strong when we were waiting for the lifts and it happened every night. I will never stay in this hotel again for sure and will not recommend it to anybody.

My husband and I stayed for a 7 night workcation. We worked for several hours and then explored Fukuoka the rest of the day. The hotel was able to accommodate our request for the longer desk with 2 chairs by the window. Desk was not super spacious, but roomy enough for 2 laptops and 2 portable monitors, plus note pads and phones. Wifi was good. Hotel few steps away from Akasaka train station and near many delicious dining options. Tenjin train station and Donki also easy to walk to in 10-15 minutes. So much shopping close by. Staff very helpful and kind even though I bothered them with questions just about every day. Would stay here again.

I especially want to complain about the very bad attitude of the hotel staff Mr. Shimofuye(下福葉） He seemed not to welcome us. I haven’t seen the smile of him for 5days. He seemed very impatient and unwilling to provide us with services. I hope the hotel can face up to the relevant issues and strengthen relevant staff training.

The staffs were beyond rude, unhelpful and pretentious. They were very hospitable towards japanese but not towards tourists like ourselves. They did not greet nor smile during check in and check out. I needed to freeze my ice pack and borrow their freezer as I was carrying breastmilk and they made it seem like a chore. It was so odd that even requesting to book a taxi was a problem. The one during check out takes the cake. He didn't acknowledge our presence, glared at my mother and was very impatient and rude. If you do not want to serve tourists, do not work in this industry. It was absolutely infuriating and disgusting to be treated with such disrespect without reason. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Location is ok but not the best.

Ideal location, far enough to be away from the noise but near enough to get to the central tenjin area quickly. Stay was comfortable and hotel staff were excellent; they helped with my deliveries which I really appreciated.

The staff at the hotel was great and friendly. The location is convenient and easy to be found, which is just next to a metro exit. The location is at asakasa which next to daimyon, a youthful and entertaining district. Tenjin, the center, is in between walkable distance.

One simply cannot beat this location. It is still centrally located but is not situated right in the middle of the action. From Hotel JAL, we were able to walk to Tenjin, Daimyo and OhoriPark. We highly recommend this hotel!

Good basic hotel with attentive, polite and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast has limited choices and the rooms are small. The laundry is convenient if you have been travelling for a while but I did not see any warm water option for winter clothes. If you’re not looking for luxury, this is the hotel for you.

Very courteous staff! The rooms were extra clean and perfect amenities. Good location since there is the airport train line right next to the hotel. The shopping center is just a few blocks just one train stop. Ruins and Ohori Park are just a few blocks from hotel. Delicious and healthy breakfast catering to many guests. Great coffee :-).

Location to train station is incredible. Almost right out the front doors. Room is very nice and very clean. Only issue was with the male morning breakfast buffet manager not giving me information on where the chopsticks were bought from and he gave me a horrible attitude afterwards for asking. Only disappointing staff I encountered over my 3 day stay.

地下鉄の赤坂駅から非常からはほぼ直結で、天神の屋台街などへも徒歩圏内と交通の便が非常に良かったです。ホテルも外観・ロビー・お部屋とも、とてもきれいでした。連泊しましたが清掃もきちんとされていたイメージです。朝食を2回食べる機会がありました。2日間の変化のバリエーションという点ではもうひとつでしたが、朝食そのものはとても美味しく、オムレツスタンドでは、リクエストしたオムレツを席まで運んでくれて、とても良かったです。
