Amazing service and hospitality. I wish the pool would have been heated so that we can use it. Otherwise a wonderful stay, we enjoyed it so much.

Muy lindo lugar, nuestra habitación estuvo a nivel de jardin y no tenemos queja alguna. El desayuno que incluye estuvo bien y rico. Lo único seria ponerle calefacción al agua de la piscina . Fuera de ahí todo genial

beautiful hotel. however the air conditioning in our room didnt work when we arrived and the spa facilities were out of service and there was no warning of this . couldnt use sauna and such.

Super service and spectacular rooftop

AC in room was broken, would not shut off, feezing temperatures. Caught a cold. Complained immediately, said was fixed, but no change. Finally got fixed after the 2nd night. Hot water in shower had no pressure, so could not even warm up. Jacuzzi was dirty, and could not be used when a massage session was in progress. Pool was dirty as well. Drain in bathroom smelt.

We loved it. Beautiful property right on the water, great restaurants nearby, nice soaps, cool views from the rooftop bar. The pool is gorgeous but should be heated in the winter. The staff was mediocre.

The place to stay when you go to la Paz . But you can start to see that maintenance start to lack. Normally the hotel was 100 percent perfect. Now you can start to see small details. The restaurant is good but need a little update, and is not as good as used to be.

When I prepared my trip, I read many negative reviews, they made me worry (an average rating below 4 is a bad sign). I still booked but now I deeply regret. The hotel is well located, you can walk to restaurants and you have nice ocean views. The design is nice. But there are many negative elements: 1. Worst service ever experienced. Especially front desk staff are completely ignorant and rude. They ignore requests, when you ask something the answer is no. During our whole stay service was a disaster. 2. No manager available: I asked for a manager . However he was not available during my whole stay and did not even call me. 3. Client orientation zero: on social media they are strong to say „we appreciate your feedback and try to improve…“. In reality they do not care at all - a customer asking for management to call him and no reaction in three days is unacceptable 4. Rooms are rundown and dirty, housekeeping is doing a bad job 5. Rooms have absolutely no space for cloth 6. No pressure in the shower and 7. Food is very average, breakfast was very limited and the quality of the products subpar. 8. Concierge not existent. When I asked them to organize a tour they said they cannot help me… very strange… 9. Etcetc…. As some previous reviewers wrote: nice design, no substance. Definitely not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. It’s more like a nice basic motel. PS: if you think I am too negative, please read all the reviews and you find many reviews with similar feedback.

Everything was beyond perfect, food was great, drinks were delicious. We loved the rooftop, it has great views and the menu is perfect for an aperitivo. Our room had a lovely view of the hotel, and the decor was very nice. The cleaning staff do an above and beyond work and we were really impressed by their effort. Service was great and the hotel really transmits a peaceful atmosphere. Definitely will be back!

The room was spotless

Really beautiful property and lives up to the reputation as the best hotel in La Paz. Two pretty obvious things to improve - the beds are not very comfortable, and they come with only one top blanket that is too small for the bed. This was true for all three rooms our family used. The second would be a lack of coffee in the morning. There was no place to easily get coffee and nothing in the room. Otherwise the design of the hotel, the rooms, and the staff were absolutely amazing.

The rooms were very small. When we booked the reservation we were not told about the festival that was going on. Loud music going on until 2am.

I really wanted to love this hotel experience and sadly did not! The location and architecture was fantastic but that was were it ended. The service and interiors/comfort missed it completely. We booked the top suite and while we had a great view the room had an aweful smell. The room felt I decorated and a bed, a dining table for six , and a huge deck with two folding chairs and a dusty sofa don’t make an $800 a night room feel right… and aside from the poor decor and an uncomfortable mattress, the booming and pounding bass of the speakers from the roof deck bar above us, felt like they were positioned directly over the headboard.. as I started off saying.. this really could be an incredible hotel …setting, pool, overall design is gorgeous.. please address the service and comfort and you have a winner.

Hotel was beautiful and in such a great location. The room was nice, but a few issues: 1. WiFi non-existent which meant spending a lot of money on data 2. Not soundproof in the slightest - staff were consistently carrying out work, trimming hedges, sweeping, etc directly outside our room at 7am every day so we couldn’t sleep beyond then at all. 3. The lock on door to the room was incredibly flimsy - anyone could have broken in if they wanted 4. A/C didn’t really work. Roberto the concierge was amazing, helped us with anything we wanted and booked us 2 trips (one to Balandra inc tickets and taxi, the other on a group excursion to Isla espritu santo). Other staff were mainly nice but less helpful/friendly, especially the lady at the front desk when we showed her a video of the insane noise in our room at 7am - she rudely said “they’re making juice for breakfast”…. when they were clearly trimming hedges 🤔. We had tried to ignore the previous bad reviews and see the positives but it was a little disappointing to see changes hadn’t been made. Had a lovely few days nonetheless, I’d recommend but definitely not a 4 or 5 star experience considering the price.

Room is small, dated and channels on TV would freeze.

El aire acondicionado no es suficiente, se si tió calor siempre. Tuve que recibir gente de mantenimiento en tres ocasiones en la habitación, para destapar la coladera, para el aire dos veces, agua medianamente tibia, no caliente. Finalmente me di cuenta quena que la habitacion que nos dieron aunque está considerada a la par de otras era mucho más pequeña e incómoda.

El baño separado no, nos gustó ya que no tiene lavamanos en misma área.

Cozy rooms with nice layout and comfortable bed. Breakfast offered with the booking was fairly limited variety. Quite a few bugs (recent rains) when we sat outside to eat or by the pool.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is located in the Malevon and it had multiple restaurants to chose from that are walking distance.

Location and hotel were great, really enjoyed our stay there. Staff and service were excellent, friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend to others and happily come back again.

Baja Club has the best location in town and great breakfast. Roberto the concierge was so helpful with planning everything before our stay and was there to make sure we had a great stat. Great service all around.

The property is beautiful but since is not the first time I stay, I feel that wear and tear starts to show. Also staff at the bar need to be more attentive to customer, I was standing at the bar waiting to order a drink while 2 employees were talking to each other and a third one fixing her makeup right there.

Charming boutique hotel with amazing service and amenities.

Concierge assistance was outstanding..

Overpriced. Poor service at the restaurants. Not worth the price. The final checkout bill was also incorrect by almost $100. Luckily we checked the bill of materials and caught their mistakes.

Staff was very nice, and accommodating. The hotel is in a good area, very clean, close to a lot of restaurants, places were within walking distance. Great experience.

Great view and location to restuarants

The ratings did not match the property and it was very disappointing. The surrounding noise level was unbearable. Guests should be warned if there is a major event taking place across the street when they book the hotel. There was a volleyball tournament with loud music blaring that was going to go on until at least 9 pm. It wasn’t just loud music it was beyond loud. I have a video from the balcony that captures the ridiculous volume. The air conditioning in the room did not work. When I complained about the noise level the staff looked at me blankly and even upon arrival they were not very welcoming. The roads had been blocked off for the event which made getting to the hotel very difficult. It was advertised as having valet parking but that was not the case and the staff was not helpful with directions. I’m shocked that this place has good reviews. The room was very basic and not aesthetically appealing. The only good thing was the location to the ocean. I had to leave because of the noise level.

The atmosphere and aesthetic were perfect, a little oasis on the water. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The staff were are very kind and helpful. Comfy beds and pillows, all the little details were perfect. Will absolutely stay again.

Great location and design. Excellent service. The roof top bar at sunset is awesome. The breakfast was light, but tasty. However, we would have prefered something less grand, where you could just grab something and go instead of sit-down service.

This charming hotel is right in the heart of the Malecón tourist area. The location was convenient. A valet handled our car. The restaurant was excellent. The pool and spa were private and lovely. Service was excellent. We will visit again!

Unsure if the price is worth it. The hotel is beautiful and well located. But the room had issues like a faulty bathroom door, no commodities like iron or hairdryer. The included breakfast was quite poor and the jacuzzi and steam sauna weren't turned on. At the rooftop we were asked if we had a reservation when the place was clearly empty. I mean it was nice, just too pricey for the overall experience that you get.
