Great location, great communication with both owner and local agent. The shower head bracket snapped, a quick text to owner and it was fixed the next day. It really is just like the photos. Would not hesitate to book again

Simply amazing!! Villa was immaculate with everything you need at hand. The outside area and massive pool were a total delight. The area is peaceful and quiet. We spent much of our time outside enjoying the idyllic surroundings, swimming, eating and relaxing. We can't praise this villa enough. The sea front of La Arenal is a 10 minute taxi (13 Euro's) ride away, where you will find an array of restaurants and bars - every taste catered for. We were that impressed with the villa and the whole Javea area we will most definately book again. The owners offered great advice for car hire, directions to the villa were spot on, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Geoff and Janet for allowing us to stay in their wonderful villa. This is a lovely property with a superb pool. It has everything you need for a great holiday, especially the naya to sit in and enjoy the evenings. Geoff's communication was faultless, so helpful, so many thanks for that.

The Villa was for Myself, wife and 2 kids aged 15 and 12. It is tucked away on a small development and is only 10mins from the beach and Javea. The main attraction for us was the great sized pool and outside space, Sunbeds, equipment, dining area (one on baclony and one pool side) and quiet location. Communication was great with both owner and agent. Unfortunately an issue arose during our stay, no fault of the owner, but I have to say how amazing Geoff was. Totally understanding and couldn't have been more sympathetic and helpful. My only criticism is that the photos on the website realy do not do it justice. We will definitely look to book here again and can't wait to return.

We've been to Javea 8 times and this is easily the best villa we've stayed in. It's not huge but it's spacious enough for a family of 4. We especially liked that it's all on one level - this worked for us. And the layout flowed well. Plenty of storage space. 3 showers (two being over a bath). Enough kitchen space to use for what we needed it for. And a lovely sized balcony looking over the pool and garden. The pool is covered and was nice and warm from midday onwards. First thing in the morning it was cooler but not cold. Main point is that my kids loved it and spent so much time in there it was hard to get them out! The location is arguably the best part though. The views are simply breath-taking. A 270 degree panorama view of Montgo, Javea and right across to the port (almost seeing the sea itself). It's just fabulous seeing it from the balcony and from the pool and gardens, and from the living room and master bedroom. Absolutely magic. We will definitely be booking this villa again. Aguila Rent were a great agent to work through too. They kept in constant contact with us, and answered every email I sent. When you pick the keys up they are very friendly, helpful, and courteous.
