Kitchen had no dishes , utensils, Discourage anyone from using it. So outdated. Windows broken.

The property was comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was a little hard to find, as it is quite secluded. The place needs some updating and attention to electric and plumbing (slow draining bathroom sink, and several outlets don’t work). We were given outdated instructions to get into the unit, but the host responded quickly. Also, the guide inside states there is a dishwasher. There isn’t one. The grounds and shrubs need cleaning up, but that’s probably because it’s only late April. A good stay for the price.

The cottage was cozy, quiet and comfortable I was not sent the updated code to get in the house but my call to the property manager was answered right away and we had no issues the rest of the stayThe house could use some items in the kitchen, i.e. there were only 2 drinking glasses and 2 wine glasses in the cupboard. It wasn’t an issue for us as there were only 2 of us, but it could have been if we had had a guest overOverall, it was a great stay

This rental was conveniently located between Palisade and Grand Junction for our adventures. We had some difficulty with check-in as the code they sent for the door was not correct and I could not reach the host until my third attempt calling her.
