We had an excellent stay and couldn't have asked for a better place for our family gathering. We rented the two adjoining houses, which worked perfectly for our group. Both homes were exceptionally clean, well maintained, and equipped with all the comforts of home. The space was even larger than it appeared in the listing, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together.The outdoor area was spacious, peaceful, and perfect for spending time with family. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. One of the highlights was that they brought over a baby alpaca several times, giving all the children in our family the chance to pet and interact with it—a memorable experience for everyone!We highly recommend this listing and we will stay here again on the future!

Great house! We used both houses for our large family and it was great to have the space for each family to have a bedroom.

The Farmhouse was well stocked with personal hygiene products. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. It was very clean. I would highly recommend the Farmhouse.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and bedding. Easy check-in and out. Just know this house has a swamp cooler, which it states in the house description, so temperature regulation isn't exact. Having said that it was extremely hot outside when we stayed and it remained a decent temp in the house. Michelle was responsive and great to work with!

Loved looking out the windows, in the morning, and looking at the book cliffs. We had family come from all over and was able to all stay together for our son's graduation from college. Added bonus is the alpacas - they are too cute with all of their facial expressions
