The house was clean and light. The backyard was big with lots of seating and a fire pit. (There was even room to play lawn games.) Inside, the couches and mattresses were comfy. The bath had a nice, deep tub. The kitchen was new and well-appointed. We were really pleased with the quiet surroundings and the short drive in to see the sights. It was a great family experience. Matt was a very responsive and accommodating host. Hope we can stay there again soon!

We were 3 couples in our mid 60’s traveling up the New England coast. After an action packed day of touring Newport, it was a pleasure to drive 15 minutes to stay at Matt’s house, which is nestled in a beautiful country setting with stone walls and farm fields. The house was very clean and had all the amenities a person needs for their stay, coffee , paper products, towels, etc…. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. We were a party of 6 and I would not want to share one bathroom between 6 adults for more than one night. There was a beautiful outside patio area to enjoy with plenty of cushioned seating. The driveway gave us plenty of space to park our large transit van. One suggestion for the owner would be to put more mirrors in the house/bedrooms to give people more space to get ready/makeup/hair etc since there is only one full bath in the house. Overall, our group was very pleased with this rental and would book it again when visiting Newport!

We had an amazing experience staying for a long weekend in this charming house. The rental is well not only well located but also well appointed with all needed amenities for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The living quarters are furnished with taste and we really enjoyed spending time in the house, and not just for sleeping. Matt was an excellent and super friendly host, who stayed on top of things. But the whole check-in and -out was such a breeze and we didn't need to interact with him that much. Would most definitely come back and recommend this house to my friends!

This is a charming vacation home that is nicely updated and tastefully decorated. It felt very spacious. It is very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a perfect location, close to beaches, farms, bird sanctuary and nature walks. it offered privacy, a nice back yard and comfortable beds. I would not hesitate to stay again. We had a great vacation and thank our host Matt, for offering this great home.

Lovely area to go back to after exploring Newport and area. A stop to Sweet Berry farm and Pebble Beach just a bit away from home was great.We also went to second Beach which was nicer than Easton beach. Very comfortable accommodations. Matt was easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again. The location was great for us as it is away from the hustle and bustle of Newport but near the beaches. Lovely sunrise over the meadow accross the street. As someone who likes to cook the kitchen appliances were great but the kitchen tools need to be upgraded.

The house was clean and light. The backyard was big with lots of seating and a fire pit. (There was even room to play lawn games.) Inside, the couches and mattresses were comfy. The bath had a nice, deep tub. The kitchen was new and well-appointed. We were really pleased with the quiet surroundings and the short drive in to see the sights. It was a great family experience. Matt was a very responsive and accommodating host. Hope we can stay there again soon!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again. The location was great for us as it is away from the hustle and bustle of Newport but near the beaches. Lovely sunrise over the meadow accross the street. As someone who likes to cook the kitchen appliances were great but the kitchen tools need to be upgraded.

We were 3 couples in our mid 60’s traveling up the New England coast. After an action packed day of touring Newport, it was a pleasure to drive 15 minutes to stay at Matt’s house, which is nestled in a beautiful country setting with stone walls and farm fields. The house was very clean and had all the amenities a person needs for their stay, coffee , paper products, towels, etc…. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. We were a party of 6 and I would not want to share one bathroom between 6 adults for more than one night. There was a beautiful outside patio area to enjoy with plenty of cushioned seating. The driveway gave us plenty of space to park our large transit van. One suggestion for the owner would be to put more mirrors in the house/bedrooms to give people more space to get ready/makeup/hair etc since there is only one full bath in the house. Overall, our group was very pleased with this rental and would book it again when visiting Newport!

We had an amazing experience staying for a long weekend in this charming house. The rental is well not only well located but also well appointed with all needed amenities for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The living quarters are furnished with taste and we really enjoyed spending time in the house, and not just for sleeping. Matt was an excellent and super friendly host, who stayed on top of things. But the whole check-in and -out was such a breeze and we didn't need to interact with him that much. Would most definitely come back and recommend this house to my friends!

This is a charming vacation home that is nicely updated and tastefully decorated. It felt very spacious. It is very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a perfect location, close to beaches, farms, bird sanctuary and nature walks. it offered privacy, a nice back yard and comfortable beds. I would not hesitate to stay again. We enjoyed our stay. My only criticism is the kitchen is not stocked enough. No serving bowls, measuring cups, or kitchen towels and sponges etc. We didn't eat in much but if we had quests over we would have been in need of more dishes. Over all we had a good stay.

Very laid back single family home. On the outskirts of town which gives you some peace from the downtime area. Matthew was extremely responsive to my questions through out my stay. Will definitely be revisiting on my next trip. Lots of outdoor space to relax with family as well.
